Store is kept very clean and tidy. I'm often there late at night and have never had a bad experience. They recently repaired the sun-damaged buttons and displays on the pumps so they are more legible.

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I have been avoiding this station due to the higher than normal cost of fuel posted but I have prided myself using the local businesses in my home area and decided to stop for fuel at the Chevron Station located at 2528 E Copper Mine Rd, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143. While fueling up I attempted to wash my windshield but all of the bins were dry of washer fluid. I pushed the "call for assistance" button with no answer. After I fueled up, I went inside and spoke with a young man with long brown hair who was stocking shelfs and explained that the washer bins were all empty. He pointed to a young lady who just entered the store from outside holding a cleaning bottle and told me it was her responsibility. I attempted 3 times to explain my complaint but she did not understand me (she appeared to be mentally slow). After observing the exchange, the original young man explained to her to go fill up the bins outside to which I do not believe she understood. I told the young man I was trying to use the "push for assistance" button and no one answered. He told me that they did not work since being installed. I asked him what if a handicapped person required assistance...he stated that it is a self serve station and "they did not do that." I am very disappointed with the views and attitude displayed by the young man left in charge of this station and the lack of service provided by the facilities. Supervision is definitely needed to bring this station up to the standards I am use to of other Chevron stations. Definitely not worth the higher cost to the customer.

Mainly reviewing the car wash, which is horrible. I pay a monthly unlimited plan, and I can't wait to cancel it. Literally 80% of the time I have to call someone to reset the carwash because it stops in the middle of the wash with me stuck inside. Lately they won't even answer the phone. Living in Copper Basin, the location is convenient, but beyond that I wouldn't bother coming here. Rarely seem to have enough people working. Pricing is in line with places in the middle of nowhere with no other options. Far better options out there not that far away

Gas is good, the Market has plenty of snacks and goodies and even a good burger place located inside. Now my issues was with the Car Wash, you can tell when a good car wash is kept up or just ignored. This has to be one of the worst car washes i have used in many years, the automated car was should be permanently closed. The buttons to choose the type of carwash or touch free are broken, you don't realized this until you push it and it falls right out.I reported to the cashiers and got my money back at least, however it looks like they have this on going issues for years, the carwash is not maintenance, it looks like its never been power washed or cleaned, the bay are muddy and dont take Credit Card. Hope this place gets updated one day and cleaned because its just terrible.

This was our third time in a week tried to give our credit card to the manager to establish a car wash there. First time no one there to help us. Second time told person kaila manager only there till 3pm. today my 77 year old husband went down there and again she was not there and no one to assist him.the price of gas running over to this place and calling them is ridiculous. Was told she's there till 3 on the phone by her. . her co worker said only there inornings. Then she said she left at 1pm.never will buy gas or use their car wash. FOLKS THERE IS A REASON WHY THIS PLACE IS A TWO STAR RATING!!!

I go here a lot, but just recently noticed whatever the price says, it rings up more at the cash register. That is shady business. Will take my convenience store purchases elsewhere, and just get my gas here. Shame on you for cheating us.

I've been going here since I moved to copper basin 12 years ago. Whoever the nasty rude old lady people were calling "mom" is needs a course in customer service.. her attitude is something else right when I walked in it was nothing but her harassing me about how I need to hurry and do this and that the interaction from her was noting but hostile then after I paid she said I had to leave like I wasn't already doing that.. the whole time I sat there awkwardly quiet being berated because I didn't want to fight with some old lady at a gas station... She really needs to get herself in line..

Doesn't the health department require businesses to have hand soap in the bathrooms? Haven't been able to wash my hands here in well over a year. Closer to 2 years. (I visit a few times weekly) Does this mean the employees aren't washing their hands? Kinda gross. Hopefully your kitchen has soap? Yuck.

That older lady they have working there is extremely nasty to people and rushing me because I didn't walk to her register quick enough. Why she would work in customer service when she clearly hates people is mind blowing. I will not go there again because of her.

Tried to get change for a $10 and the cashier refused claiming they can't give out change. I needed smaller bill's for the water dispenser outside.

Went to fill up my tank, and the card reader took my card and wouldn't give it back, no matter what i tried. Went in to have an associate help me out, got berated by the old lady at the counter and told "just wiggle it out", went back outside, and it didn't work...went back in and told her "please come help me, its not working" and i basically got told to "use your brain and figure it out, we're not mechanics". Safe to say, after waiting 15 minutes, the machine finally spit my card back out. Horrible place and horrible management. Won't be back

Cashier didn't give us a sack for our 3 items. Stepped out the front door and my son dropped his Gatorade. Immediately went back into the store & politely asked for a replacement. Had we received a sack, the item would not have fallen. If I spend money in the store, I shouldn't have to ask for a sack. At the very least, the cashier should have asked if we wanted a sack or not. Cashier who checked us out said we could trade, 2nd cashier (older woman) got grouchy and said no. Had to buy a new one. Lousy customer service. Woman cashier rude & unprofessional. Judging by previous non-response by the company from previous low ratings, it would appear this Chevron doesn't care about customer service or the low reviews they recieve on Google. Happy to take my business elsewhere!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY. Was just in here and was refused service. The female mgr refused me service because I wasn't standing in the line. The other customer had no problem with it due to the fact that my disability was acting up and walking too much was aggravating my braces I use to walk. I have been to this chevron many times in the past but the last two times have seen this mgr be rude to some the last time I was in and now she wants to attack a disabled person. When I asked for the owners info I was told it was none of my business. I am hoping the owner reads this and reaches out. This is no way to run a business.

Stopped in here today to try the attached burger joint, but was overwhelmingly surprised at how nicely stocked, organized and clean the store was overall. My wife compared it to that of a well kept truck stop at how fancy this was for a regular old neighborhood Chevron station. The outside of the station could use some cleaning and overall work, like removing the old beat up payphone eyesore that lives there rent free. I expected a long wait since a line had formed while I was placing my order at the burger counter, but then 3 employees showed up to the registers and got the line knocked out quick. I will post a separate review for the burger joint.

I was there to about 1:30 pm on Wednesday December 17 and the cashier said to me I don't have to shop here. I said to the guy just tell me to not come here anymore and I'll never come back. I've never ever been spoke to like that at a convenience store. They need to drug test cashier employees telling me not come to chevron Who does he think he is the chevron god I'm going to have a talk with his boss

I love the workers but there's always expired food out. A few months ago I bought some expired candy. It hurt my stomach and today I tried my crackers and they were expired in August. Good people but not the best food

No Star: Extremely Disrespectful and Discriminatory Behavior I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Chevron location. I was subjected to rude and discriminatory treatment from the store manager Julie, the assistant manager, and the cashier, Greg. I shared that I am Jewish, autistic, and have ADHD, and was treated with mockery and cruelty for these aspects of my identity. Julie told me I was "not handicapped," even after I explained my circumstances. Greg continued to ridicule me, making hurtful comments about my Jewish star and my grandfather’s Masonic hat. They also bullied me for how I communicate, which was incredibly painful. Instead of being met with understanding, I was told I was in the wrong and that I was the problem. Their behavior was not only disrespectful but also discriminatory, and I felt completely helpless in that moment. Eventually, I became frustrated and used curse words in response to their cruelty, but I did not threaten or harm anyone. I have contacted the ADL, my attorney, and will be following up on this matter further. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to experience it. I work in the justice department and will be filing a civil lawsuit. Its a shame things had to come to this.

I stopped at this Chevron gas station on my way home from work. I was going to get a burger and fries but kitchen wasn't open. I tried to ask the Lady there. I believe she is a manager. She ignored me. I just took it they are busy and can't answer my question now. So decided to get a fountain drink and fuel. While checking out, found out that my debit card wasn't in my wallet. My wife used it the day before and didn't give it back to me. I told the man working there that I don't have my debit card. The cashier said how I was going to get the soda back in to the machine. I told him my wife has my debit card and I can pay for it when my wife brings my debit card. But he mentioned that It is call stealing when you don't pay. First of all, I really needed fuel and yes I will pay as soon asy wife brings my card. I felt like I was being treated wrong.
