One of the largest grocery stores I've ever been in. TONS of vegan / plant-based items. Cupcakes and discounted popcorn chicken for example.

Staff member “Jerry” told me that the store was CLOSED. I explained to him that it was about 10 minutes before 11:00 PM and that the store wasn’t supposed to be scheduled for closing until 11:00 PM and that I only needed a gallon of milk… “1 item only “ Lots of customers were still inside the building making their final selections and getting ready to exit. Yes I do understand this, but for the hassle over one item that I could have gotten and been out with before other patrons even got finished is ridiculous. “I still could have gotten it and been out before 11 is the whole point here” So I asked for a manager and he said they didn’t have one.I asked for his name and he “COVERED UP” his name tag and said I didn’t need his name…then told me I needed to “get off the property before he called the police ”. Then I started filming with my phone cause I felt that management needed to see for themselves how this employee was acting. I asked for his name again with my phone recording and he refused to show his name tag and COVERED them up again telling me that he doesn’t have to give me his name. Then he tried to put his hands on my phone walking towards me “outside of the store” telling me I don’t have the right to be filming and that he didn’t care if I reported him to corporate. I think he needs to be fired for his actions at this point and yes he will be reported to higher offices when they are opened on Monday cause all of this was very unprofessional and not necessary.

Old lady with glasses Sylvia was very rude while we were using self checkout. It takes absolutely nothing for these people who choose to show up to work everyday to be nice and cordial to the people literally keeping their store in business. Sick of these workers thinking they’re entitled to respect when they’re 70 years old working in a grocery store. It’s embarrassing.

You need new carts is all I'm gonna say. You should also answer the phone in customer service. I called while in the store and heard the intercom saying there is a call and was ignored for 20 minutes. This Kroger is just the worst.

While I love shopping ant this Kroger, I am not satisfied with the bakery. I ordered a cake from the bakery for the first time yesterday, this will also be my last time ordering a cake from this bakery. I order whipped icing, and got butter cream, the cake was tough hard to cut and fell apart/ crumbled. The lady that I placed the order with yesterday afternoon around 3:45/4:00 was not able to provide me with information I need and told me I could order single layer when I needed a double layer.

I always go out of my way to get flowers from Kroger. I have just purchased flowers but my experience wasn’t that great. The first employee told me that they were out of flower wraps, so I found some already wrapped. I wanted to combine 2 and asked the other employee for help. She told me they didn’t have any room at the florist area. I then asked if I could use an empty cart that was sitting there to just so it myself, and she told me no. Disappointed today.

What a nightmare. So many store employees shopping with oversized carts and end caps cluttering every isle. You cannot move around this store at all and then you fight through and get what you needed only to scan the coupons kroger mailed you and only half of them work. By that point your so frustrated you don't even care to try and talk to someone about it. This place has turned to complete trash. Walmart is a way better shopping experience and that is a sorry place too.

I will always come to this Kroger for a pick up order. The first time I came Duane was so nice, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I had previously experienced a bad encounter at another Kroger close by and was expecting the worst. Duane met and exceeded expectations. I always look forward to my Kroger trips now.

Horrible customer service. Employees are unfriendly and don’t want to help at this location. I may pay a little more at Publix but employees are helpful and friendly. I’m not forced to use a self check out and produce and meats are better.

I'm so over this Kroger. The whole place is dirty and disgusting especially the restrooms. Both restrooms on both sides of the store were absolutely disgusting. TP all over the place, old period blood running down toilets ( you could tell it's been there awhile and I mean awhile 🤢) no paper towels and no place to put your purse , zero hooks in any of the restrooms. The can that holds the feminine products overflowing all over and All I can think is people working in the deli and bakery and all meat departments and the Starbucks, touch the products that we buy and the bathrooms are in that shape. Absolutely disgusting.

Bathrooms are always disgusting. Never clean. Always smells like urine. Shelves are out of stock a lot but employees are too busy wearing ear pads to listen. I love Kroger but this store needs better management

Honestly, I do most of my grocery shopping here but have recently been doing ClickList due to its convenience. If you’re going to offer a service, don’t give me old products. This is not the first time that this has happened. Between protein bars and pasta sauce (also, how do you have old pasta sauce as most pasta sauces are a year or two out from expiring). However, I’ve had old products given to me on my click list multiple times. This past time it was a pasta sauce that I put all over my chicken and vegetables before realizing that it was a month and a half old. Not only did this ruin my dinner, but it ruined my appetite. Save yourself the trouble and go shop at Publix.

On Monday 11/3/25 I went to Kroger market place on Limestone, it was 7:24 pm. I went to get some Boar's Head Lemon Pepper chicken for my daughter's school lunch. The two young employees at the deli decided to close early, instead of the normal 8pm close time. When I asked her why it was closed before 8pm. She replied because I've got things to do! She then put her ear buds back on and proceeded to clean the cutting equipment. Her coworker followed her lead, I was lucky enough to meet and speak with the a gentleman in charge name "John" he said he would speak with the deli manager about this. I told John, I guess I'm going to go to Publix across the street to get the lemon pepper. I did and here it is 🤣😈😈 The guy at the deli in Publix laughed after I told him what I had to do to get deli meat for a school lunch. By the way he said thank you kroger for sending them customers.

Idk what the ladies name is but she works at the customer service center at Kroger on Jesse Jewell Pkwy Gainesville Ga. I want her manager to know how wonderful she is. I lost my debit card drivers license the other day outside Kroger. I called the store while on the way back over there and she went out to the parking lot to try to find the cards for me. Thank you so much. I will be seeking your manager out to give you Kudos!!!
