PLEASE CHARGE THE SCOOTERS THROUGHOUT THE DAY!!!!! It makes a HUGE difference for disabled shoppers who are otherwise unable to shop at this store. The scooters often die within minutes, and can leave disabled shoppers stranded in the aisle with a full cart. That being said, I do not recommend shopping here if you rely on the scooters for your mobility.

First of all shout out to Ace for getting me checked out efficiently and being friendly!! (You have 5 stars in my heart) Overall there can be improvment of the store itself. Some of it is a result of other customers being lazy... like leaving carts right next to my vehicle which could have damaged it. In which case I'd suggest to have more regular checks of the parking lot. I think having a few baggers would alleviate some stress on our cashiers and boosts efficiency. Not that I personally mind bagging my own groceries (I prefer it) but it would help check out people faster!

The woman demands the self checkout named ashley. That is working at five o'clock.Does not pay attention to her job and would rather accuse people of stealing and empty their bags just so she could check their receipts.I would never recommend going to kroger on her shift

Welcome to the University Kroger, where there's never any carts to use to do your shopping because for some reason, an 80 billion dollar company is unable or unwilling to pay ONE single person to keep the carts rounded up. The horror. If they paid the actual cost of doing business, their shareholders might only be able to afford two yachts instead of three.

Very clean and well stocked lots of sales right now. I did get Sushi it looked amazing and was fresh made right at the stand by the deli and all that stuff it was $11 but look worth it until the bagger bagged buy sushi with my diapers sideways and flopped them all over the container making them a mess they were still delicious though next time I will keep my eye on the back burner as opposed to having friendly conversations with the cashier

Worst grocery store I have been to in a long time. Produce was terrible and mostly old, decrepit and already override. Meats were looking Grey. Kroger needs to shut this one down or get new management in. What a poor showing of what Kroger really is.

Kroger is not bad to go to if you don't want to go to Walmart.

Marcus the security guard threatened me and treated me like a criminal because I was having trouble with my Google pay. I work at a grocery store and issues with payment methods are a common problem that a customer can usually fix. I treat them kindly. He stood uncomfortable close to me and kept distracting me while I was trying to resolve me situation. My payment eventually went through, but he escalated a situation that wasn't even a situation and would have been resolved quicker if he left me alone. He stressed me out and ruined my day. I feel like I was being profiled. This guy is a creep. I'm never going to Kroger again.

Stopped by this Kroger early this morning to grab some rice cakes! KROGER is the only store that carries these low calorie rice cakes. Robert was my cashier and asked me if I'd like to make a donation to a good cause. I agreed and he announced my donation over the intercom and the employees lapped and cheered. As I was walking out another announcement was made by someone different expressing their appreciation. This was a small gesture but it really started my day off on a pleasant foot! Thank you for having a clean store and excellent customer service!

Allen Crosby one of the managers and Brenda Jester at self check out need to learn how to deal with customers and the public in general. You made my daughter extremely uncomfortable while shopping in your establishment. She has been a long time customer and today you made this her last. You stalked her throughout the store all because of her race. Kroger should be ashamed to have you as a manager.

This is the absolute worst grocery I've ever been to. It is dirty, the parking lot is a mess, there are rarely shopping carts available inside the store, I've bought expired and moldy items there, and most of the staff is rude. Don't expect any help here. When I asked for help recently, the response was "Go tell corporate." Even though it's the closest store to my house, I have no intention of returning

refused to take any of my credit cards. never any parking. doesn't allow more than 20 items in the self checkout but no regular checkout lines are open. half the doors are locked during business hours & no carts are ever available. worst grocery store in town!

Truly the worst possible grocery store you can imagine. Locals often have to wait in lines extending through an entire aisle because they're too greedy to pay cashiers, the prices on the shelves often differ from the actual checkout price, and even now, after posting winter weather hours closing at 9, they close an hour early. Horrible store.

Reasons why I usually avoid this store: 1. Parking lot. Thisl ot is an absolute disaster. Car stopped, cars turning from every direction, and people walking in and out of the store. Wincos lot is so much better. 2. Cashiers. They are always 40 people needing to check out, and 1 actually human cashier. This leaves the self-sarvice areas crammed. Winco actually has real cashiers, and they are friendly. 3. Shopping. This may be worse than the parking lot. Aisles full, difficulty getting around due to stockers, or hordes of people with carts. And no one realzing there's other people on the planet. Winco doesn't have this problem. Plus, they have bulk and better pricing. We don't shop at your store as often as we used to, even though it's closer to our house. Give us a reason why we should. David Mollen

This is hands down the worst grocery store. The self-checkout lines are consistently 20 carts long, and there is usually only one actual register open. Even if you finally make it through self-checkout, the experience somehow gets worse. I always scan and pay for every single item, yet about half the time when I try to leave, the cart wheels lock up and the handle slams into my chest while alarms go off as if I’m stealing something. It’s painful, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. An employee then has to come over, scan my cart, and let me out without ever finding an issue. They don’t even check anything because they clearly know the system is broken. This happens far too often. If Kroger is going to force customers to use self-checkout by barely staffing registers, then their system needs to actually work. I am not stealing anything, and I should not be getting physically stopped and hurt because of a flawed system. On top of that, the store is dirty, the employees are unfriendly and unhelpful, and the overall experience is miserable. I would recommend going to literally any other grocery store.

Do they even offer customer service. Drive the extra 2 miles down the road to winco for a clean store, cheaper prices, and lines that aren't 20+ people deep. How does the management of this store still have a job?

Dear Manager, please remove the huge shelving area in front of the self checkout by the plants. When people are on each side at the first registers, no one can get to the open registers. I'm sure others have been frustrated by this as well. The young lady watching over that area wearing a beanie & glasses did not bother to help me get to a register. As I was leaving, I told her that the shelving needed to be removed as she was assisting a customer. She just said, "Merry Christmas."....Ingnoring my comment acting as if she was being kind. I then told her I would just call the manager. She then said she was helping a customer and said the manager was just at the area where i could not get in. So that means you did not help me either. I said I did not know the manager was there, and I did know she was helping another customer when I said the big shelving thing needed to be moved....she said she would tell you my suggestion. She could have just simply said, yes, ma'am... I'll share that with the manager. I do believe all of this frustration would not have happened if that big thing was not there. I have shopped at this store for many years and will continue to shop there. I figured I would just make the comment here instead of calling. I'll be back soon, I'm sure...I hope they will be moved. I should have just waited in the lines for a cashier. I will most likely do that if I'm in that same situation again. I only had four items, so I thought using those registers would be better. Anyway, the young lady and I said Merry Christmas to each other as I left, but I'm positive she did not mean it, but I do hope she has a Merry Christmas. And I hope you have a Merry Christmas. Thank you in advance for reading this and considering doing this. I believe all your customers that use the self checkout would appreciate it.

I’m unsure if my delivery orders are coming from this location or one of the others in Denton, but the past few deliveries I’ve received have been completely beat up and damaged. I don’t like to complain, but this is pretty unacceptable if you ask me. (The bananas are from a different order last week.) I LOVE the fact that they offer delivery, no tips accepted, and sometimes the delivery fee is only $.95! But there needs to be serious training for anyone involved in handling the groceries.
