The ship-to-store pickup is odd. I'm glad my item was there but there's nothing whatsoever to keep anyone from picking up anyone's order. They're all out in the aisle for anyone to pick up if they so desire. I asked an employee what was to keep that from happening and she said nothing but they've never had a problem with it. I'll never use ship-to-store again simply cos I'm not willing to take that chance. 😐

I went to Kohls last Saturday. The towels I was looking for were sold out during Black Friday weekend but the store was very clean. The sales associates were very helpful and polite.

Tried to return to Kohl's after picking them as drop off spot for Amazon. I get there only to be informed that o have to go back across town to a UPS store. Any time I have looked at clothes, it has always seemed to be over-priced to me but the price thing might just be me. They definitely need to get Amazon returns sorted out though.

About a month ago, I received an interview for my dream job. I needed a slim-fit suit ASAP, and I had no luck at other stores. Not only did this Kohl’s have everything I needed, Dexter (I believe he is the manager) assisted me in putting together an entire professional outfit. He matched my shoes to the perfect suit, gave me recommendations on ties, and helped me pick a few shirts that allowed me to create two looks with the same suit jacket. Not only did he help me piece together my professional look, he also made me smile and laugh the whole time. I left with everything I needed and in good spirits! When I left, I told my wife that I would leave a review and mention Dexter after I had the verdict on the job. Well, I’m proud to say that I got the job, and I truly believe that Dexter and the selection and Kohl’s gave me the confidence I needed to perform my best. Thank you!

Was greeted with a friendly hello welcome to khols as soon as I entered the store. Also Bridgett in customer service always welcomes me with a beautiful smile and warm greeting each time I have an Amazon return. Also Tabitha was phenomenal in her greet and pleasant conversation (GO COWBOYS) insider :-) Overall great experience from the time I entered Khols to my exit. Exactly how it should be for every retailer. KUDOS

When i ener the store, I'm always greeted with a hello and smile. When I got ready to check out, JoJo checked for my Kohl's cash, and other discounts I had. She was very nice and helpful, with a genuine and pleasant attitude.

I didn't really find a lot or exactly what I needed. The employees were really nice and helpful. The store was kind of picked over and pricey. The clearance was a bit on the high end for me. It's just not like it used to be in the past. I got about three items and left. They need a large sign saying only to park on one end, because they lock the other. I had to walk down to the one open door.

I haven't had an issue with this location. It's usually clean and easy to shop without having to dig through the clothing. The cashiers are usually helpful and friendly not what I'm use to in Texas lol. I enjoy shopping here.

They seem to have trouble keeping sizes stocked. I just did a short walkthrough, but I did not see a SINGLE item in all sizes, not even items that just came in S-XL! Most were missing L or XL (or both). One item I wanted to try on did not have my size in ANY of the 4 colors. Disappointing. I mostly come here to return things I order online.

I had an enjoyable time shopping at Kole's I went to return some items from Amazon. The lady was very helpful and completed the job in no time. She gave me a 20% off coupon which I used to shop in the store. There were so many sales. The cashier was so friendly and helpful to assure I got all my bargains. Koles is a great place to shop!

Gotta shop careful. Good deals exist but have to deeply read fine print and beyond on what’s included with coupons. Otherwise won’t find out until get to the register.
