Definitely haven’t been able to find what I’m looking for lately when visiting Kohl’s. The mens department needs work. The ceiling was leaking water and they didn’t offer a good selection of menswear to choose from. Staff was friendly. Checkout was quick and smooth. Need more options and sizes!!!

To be very honest I am not a department store "in person" shopper and I had never been to this particular store. But I had an Amazon return and Kohl's takes those and let me tell you I was in and out in 2 minutes. And they gave me 15% off coupons and I didn't actually buy anything there. I mostly only use store for Amazon returns. Our waldorf mall is so outdated we go to Annapolis mall. Store has way too many overpriced items. If not on sale I don't buy anything. The sale puts items at a price they should be at regularly

Went to pick-up an online order. Usually, the self pick-up process is smooth. This time, one of the items wasn't in the assigned bin. The staff members who assisted me were pleasant and spent a reasonable amount of time looking for it. Once they determined that it couldn't be located, I was promptly offered a refund. Despite this experience, I will continue to shop at this store and use self pick-up.

While shopping at the Southtown Kohl's store, I received such outstanding help when trying to locate a particular Men's shirt. Izzak was SO helpful. It's not often that we get help while shopping anywhere these days. Upon checking out, Lia was great to share how I can get the best shopping deals using my Kohl's cash and my 30% coupon! This store is pretty good. The employees I've interacted with are friendly and helpful. Picking up my online order was really easy as well as making a return from an online order. I mostly come here looking for clothes but I think I'll take a look at the other merchandise next time I go. However, they could have a better selection of dressy shoes and plus size clothes and the clearance racks could be more organized.

Purchased pair of GV jeans for my wife. She was very specific on color, size, material. Not only did the clerk go out of her way to help me but the cashier informed me of specials that would apply to me. I have shopped many stores in many areas and this was the best experience. I just went walking through there the other day to access a different store. That's just the entrance I went through and I used their bathroom. I was considering getting costume for my cat but I didn't think they had the correct size for her cuz those were all dog outfits and I couldn't decide if she was a small extra small which they didn't have or what. So I ended up getting her costumes from Target instead

Enjoy shopping at Kohl's! Today's trip was for my teenage son's clothes shopping. They have a good selection of clothes ans accessories for everyone. The store is always clean and well organized, very helpful staff! The best part is their coupons, I love the fact that their coupons work on pretty much everything in the store. Both the entrances have convenient parking.

Solid experience overall. Walked in and the restroom was easy to find. Floors were clean and it was empty. Very quiet in there. Great acoustics for #2. I would have preferred some atmospheric music to set the tone for my visit but silence is fine as well. Would recommend to anyone in need. -1 point because Waldorf.
