I've been dealing with Marcus here at Klika for a used vehicle and I have recieved the best attention to my wants and needs while looking. Vehicles are clean and in excellent condition. UPDATE/8-1-20. I returned to trade in the Kia because after driving a VW bug for so many years I couldn’t get use to the larger vehicle. But liked sitting higher so bought a Buick Encore, and absolutely love it! My husband put in our wish list for another minivan and Marcus came through with flying colors. Every thing we wanted and more. Plus much lower price then what we saw at other dealers! This is the only place to come for excellent deals and service. We will be using the service department too as it is also great value and honest mechanics. Highly recommend Klika Auto Direct! Came in on a recommendation from a friend. My husband & I were looking for a minivan. After test driving the minivan, decided it was not right for me. My eye went to the Kia Sorento and after driving it, both my husband and I were sold. Got a fantastic deal on a car with more luxuries then we thought we could afford. Marcus was so easy with which to work. I highly recommend Marcus to everyone. We have asked Marcus to look for Town & Country minivan for us to replace mine. Trust him completely.

This is the best place to purchase a used vehicle, hands down. These are the nicest people I've ever dealt with. I had originally dealt with Jennifer who I bought a very clean Sonata from at a reasonable price and with only a couple minor issues that they promised to have fixed when I brought the car back since I needed to drive it off the lot that day. After bringing the car back a couple weeks later and with them replacing the parts as promised I shortly had another issue with the Check Engine light coming on so I brought it back and dealt with I believe Mike, the owner, he was very apologetic and understanding of my perspective and after running a scan to figure out the issue he was able to work with me on price as I was not expecting such an inconvenience so soon and although it may not have been a major issue (air intake hose if I remember correctly) I understood nobody wants to work for free and he even took me to work that day as I was out of a vehicle and promised to have the issue fixed and car delivered before I was off work, and that is exactly what happened. The Best Customer Service experience there could be. The Mechanic I met, David, was also a very nice guy and Marcus was great too. I am so happy to have made this choice.

Very happy we chose Klika Auto Direct. I like the small town feel of the dealership and how responsive they were to taking care of everything the car needed even after the sale. This was the second car I purchased from Klika Auto Direct. Can’t say enough about how well my experience went. Mike worked wonders finding a bank for my unusual loan needs. Marcus made sure that the Buick Encore was the right fit for me. He would not sell me a car unless he was sure I would be completely happy. Kenneth was the easiest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The cars on his lot were reasonably priced and in good shape. I told him when I wanted to show up to test drive the car I wanted and when I got there it was already parked up front and ready for me to take! I truly believe if something were to go wrong with my car (and i don't expect it will) that Kenneth would stand behind his product and do his best to help me out. If there is a car you are interested in here I highly recommend going to look at it. Going forward I will definitely be referring people looking for used cars here, and when the time comes (hopefully a long long time from now lol) I will be back!

I was very impressed with their responsiveness to my messages and friendliness once I showed up. There was no pressure, and I definitely felt comfortable with the COVID precautions that were taken. Unfortunately, I didn't actually end up buying from them as I was comparing multiple vehicles and the Mazda they had ended up not having a few of the features I wanted. I will definitely shop them again in the future and recommend them to others. They have a wide selection of makes and models at good prices, and friendly service.

I cannot say enough Amazing things about my experience here. Kenneth is not only so patient and knowledgeable he is transparent which is not something I can say I have often experienced when car shopping. I wanted to just test drive car’s with no pressure when I first reached out and honestly his personality is what sold me first. The cars on the lot are all clean and you really can tell the dealership cares about the quality of car they are selling. I went in sold on a Mazda CX-9 which was beautiful and left with a Honda Odyssey which was equally as beautiful. I have been through some credit struggles and am trying to repair and most places make you feel like an inconvenience but I felt like my needs were just as important as anyone else’s. Grant is also awesome! He is learning the business but is super friendly. I do not write reviews it’s just not my thing but I HAD to for this place. Go check out the car’s meet the guy’s and get a high quality car!

Bought a 2013 Honda Fit here in March 2022, very easy no pressure sales experience with Kenneth. Had a mechanical issue with the car after purchase and Kenneth and the owner handled it to my satisfaction while still being professional and sincere. It shows that they care about their customers and reputation. Would recommend Klik Auto Direct for any vehicle purchase.
