Car wasn't ready until almost 3hrs after promised, so threw off my scheduled plans-had to get a ride to nearby ATM to get cash because their credit card machine was down. Results were better than when brought in, but for the price (plus expected tip), the simple 'inside only' wasn't worth the almost $200 I paid.

Where do I start? This is a long post, but I must tell you about my wonderful experience at Kleen Carwash & Details. I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia. My husband bought my son his first car, which had been sitting under somebody’s tree for over two years, not being driven. Me being lazy and didn’t feel like cleaning out the car, I called over 10 detailing companies which either didn't answer or told me I had to make an appointment. My husband is a truck driver, so we were only going to be in town for one day, so when I called a Kleen, she told me they usually make appointments but come by and let her see what she could do. I told her it was not a new car. I didn’t expect it to look brand new. I just wanted it to be cleaned up to present to him because it was a surprise. When we got there, she looked over the car. She said, “I’ll have it looking like new” we talked about coming back another day to get the carpet cleaned and a couple of other things done. Longer story short, when we arrived back to pick up the car, it was spotless. It was like we were looking at a brand new car on the inside and out check out the lights we thought we would have to replace them. She even cleaned the carpets, which looked brand new. When I say excellent work, I mean her whole team was fantastic from start to finish, Excellent customer service, very professional and knowledgeable, and reasonable. Kleen has gained lifelong customers! I’ll be taking my car next month from Atlanta to Huntsville to get my car detailed, and some other things done.
