My experience with Kingz Kustomz has been the worst. I had my truck repaired by a hailstone. Rey spent 3 months with it and every time I went to see how the job was going, Rey was never there and maybe he was hiding. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

My boyfriend took his truck in October to get work done that would had only taken 1 week at the most. They still have it and it's 1 day after Christmas. No communication ever. We have to call them and they never answer. When we finally get to talk to someone they say it's only going to be a couple more days.I have a picture of it and they barley have done anything to it and it's just sitting in their fenced yard. This place sucks. What can we do to get a phone number to speak to someone. Calling up there isn't an option half the time. No one answers

Took our truck there December 3rd paid them $1623 ,,they never ordered the part,,after a month went to get the truck ,,they refused at first to give us our keys back ,,had OPD on the phone ,,and then finally got the keys ,, no money has been refunded,,waiting 2 more days ,,really do not want to take legal action but they forcing us to do so ,, and the are rude and very unprofessional

I wanted to add a dash camera to my son's car. Kings Kustomz were extremely accommodating, getting me in the very next day. They completed the job in no time at all and had me on my way. They were very professional and did better than I would have ever imagined! The dash cameras were installed, in proper working order, no exposed wires, and are very discrete. I brought my truck here 2 weeks ago to have wheel lights installed, window tint and 4 door speakers put in. I first was told that they would give me a call in 2-3 days when it was done. Well 2 weeks later the only thing that was done was the wheel lights. They tinkered with the stereo a little and said I needed a harness the week before to get the door speakers working and the guy who does their audio work told me he would be done by Monday morning. Today is friday and they hadn’t even gotten the harness yet. And if the truck has been sitting for over a week, I don’t see why they wouldn’t get the tint done in that time. And to top it off, if you call this place they will not answer ever. I’ve never been to a shop that works this slow and has such poor communication. I’m leaving 2 stars because the work they did on the wheel lights look good so far and because the owner acted professionally even after I told him how I felt about the situation. Edit: I didn’t get my lug nut key back and one of the rear wheel lights came off. 1 star

This year, I had the pleasure of working with Chris at Kingz Kustomz, and I am highly satisfied with their services. Initially, I was hesitant to entrust my dream car to a business due to the location in West Texas, where many shops may not offer the desired services. However, Chris’s expertise and business acumen put me at ease. During our initial consultation, I was impressed by Chris’s genuine concern for customer satisfaction. While I was away on vacation, Chris diligently monitored my car’s progress and sent me regular updates via pictures. Upon my return, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the passenger side door was slightly misaligned, while the driver’s side door was perfectly installed. Chris promptly addressed the issue and began fixing the door on the spot. However, upon returning home, I noticed that the front camera on the right side of the car was not functioning. I promptly contacted Chris, and he assured me that it was likely a simple connection issue. He suggested that I return the car to Kingz Kustomz on Monday for a repair. During the second visit, He discovered that the wire responsible for the front camera was damaged during the installation of the door. Chris informed me that a new wire would be ordered, and I could expect the camera to be repaired and installed by next week. Although I was initially disappointed to have to return the car a third time, Chris’s reassurance and attention to detail reassured me that everything would be resolved. Upon my return on Tuesday, I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only had the front camera been repaired, but the passenger side door had also been readjusted and was now functioning flawlessly. Additionally, Chris informed me that there was a tracking device on my car that had not been properly connected through the original manufacturer’s system. He kindly offered to remove the device for me, which I accepted. Upon receiving the car back on Tuesday, Chris took the time to call me and ensure my complete satisfaction. I am incredibly grateful for Kingz Kustomz’s exceptional service and care. I feel confident in recommending their business to anyone seeking automotive repairs or customization services.

Stay far away. What a horrible experience. COMMUNICATION IS THE WORST. They lie and give you the run around. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you want actual work done Took my project car to them have it rewired which they had the wiring kit in stock, and other work that included to get the car running and drivable. I was told 3-4 weeks. After 3 weeks passed I inquired about my car and they said 2 more weeks. After 2 more weeks I text and called multiple times throughout the week and finally got a response after 4 days of trying. At this point I called the sheriff department to see what could be done on a legal stand point for the fear that my car was stolen. I finally received a text and was told it would be done and can be picked up the following week. Showed up with a trailer the day I was told it would be finished They informed me that it wasn’t done yet and I asked if they even started anything on it and they said no that they haven’t even touched it. I told them I was gonna go ahead and take it back and he said that they have several vehicles in the way and it would be about two hours before they could move those vehicles. So I asked him if I can go look at my car and they allowed me to walk back. Well not a single vehicle was behind it or in the way so I don’t know why they lied about it taking 2 hours to get it moved. I asked them to refund the money I put down which they agreed to but asked me to come back the next Monday. So Monday I had to drive back to Odessa and they gave me cash for half and then wrote me a check for the rest and asked me to hold off depositing the check till the end of the week. I did wait and come to find out THE CHECK BOUNCED for insufficient funds so I had to go back to the shop for the third time to be paid the rest of what they owed me. No apologies or anything. Just shady business.
