Paid $100 to have my car detailed because of a bad odor. They pumped it full of scents and half cleaned it. They did clean part of the trunk area (only part of it, not even the entire trunk) where the odor began, but ignored the rest of the car. Two days later I cleaned it myself and was amazed at the dirt I got off the seats and dash just by wiping it down with car cleaning wipes! Will never go back.

I’m beyond pleased with their quality of service! My car hasn’t looked this good since I bought it! I asked to have a quick outside only wash and didn't ask for price. After an almost 2 hour wait I was charged $30 for and outside only wash. They didn't even clean the windows. I asked $30 for outside only and the response was, yes, your truck is a big truck. It's a 4 door silverado.if that wasn't bad enough, they also locked the keys inside my vehicle and asked if I had another set. I will never go back and do not recommend then at all. I tried to support them as a black business. Bad service and too expensive.

Every employee was super friendly. Cute little mom and pop hand washing car wash. It did take some time for them to wash my car but they were extremely thorough and my crossover looks great after having taken two long road trips before the wash.

Hands down probably the worst experience we have ever had at a car wash. We made the appointment for ten o’clock that morning didn’t leave until after one o’clock that afternoon. The wait would not have been a problem if the car had been vacuumed out throughly. We arrived home and noticed that the third row had not been touched at all. For your time and patience we would recommend going somewhere more professional and courteous.

I was given one price of 55.00 but when I went to pick up they said 120,00. I asked why they said my car was so dirty, I said will that’s why I came. But they said my car was extra dirty. Then I brought it to work and looked it over then took it back cause they didn’t do a good job for 120.00. Then I found out they didn’t vacuum the back of my suv. Will not go back better places for normal amount to pay . Would not of cared if it was a great job but to have them do it again what a joke. The lady in office told me the price and then she said I had to talk to the men who was taking care of my car. Be careful when you go.

Rented a uhaul from them, when we arrived nobody was there. There was a sign on the door with a phone number, and a very rude woman answered after 30 minutes of calling and told me several times I didn’t know how to work a lock because she kept giving me the wrong combination. Took about an hour after I checked in on the app to actually receive the truck. The truck had less than 1/8 tank of gas in it, I returned it 4 hours later after driving 15 miles total and putting gas in it. I returned it with slightly more gas than it had when I picked it up. Today, i was charged $47 for fuel. This place is extremely sketchy. Do yourself a favor and rent from an actual uhaul facility.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I am sitting in Newark airport, flying to Savannah to pick up my Uhaul truck for my move. They just called me and told me the truck i have reserved IS NOT AVAILABLE. NOW WHAT? I have to cancel my flight now??? I leave in one hour!!!! Most disgraceful rental experience in history. I should get a lawyer....I will if I can't get me flight refunded.

Tried to pick up a u-haul. U-haul has the wrong hours for this location. And says to go inside for keys during a mobile pick-up…they have a lock box outside to pick up the keys, but no one at U-Haul had the key code. This place is NOT open on Sundays even though U-Haul says otherwise.

I paid $65 for something. Car had dirty spots outside on the black trim and wheels were partially done depending on the tire. Inside, I don’t know what they did. Maybe wipe down with dry cloth but still very dirty and the back wasn’t even vacuumed!!!!! Went home and cleaned everything they didn’t but I used a cleaning wipes. Would not recommend for anything

I paid $125 for a full detail car wash. After waiting almost 2 hours for my car I had trash in my front seat. The car was not waxed at all. The owner was yelling at the little boy they had working on my car Saying he did not do a good job. The owner did apologize however why charge me for a job that was not done. I asked for a refund and I was denied one. The owner stated he did not know why the wax did not take my car. He offered me $40 off of the $125 car wash that was not completed. He refused to give me my full $125 back. He did offer to fix the situation later that week but I felt they tried to get over on me because I was a woman. They would have never done that to a man. The $125 was supposed to be a deep clean with a wax job.
