This King Soopers is well kept and has a pretty good selection. We have shopped here regularly for the past 4 years. However, lately I am considering driving further and shopping elsewhere because I am so tired of my check out experience. The self check out cameras are incredibly sensitive- if you move the wrong way it thinks you are shoplifting. Today, I kept rotating my bananas because the scanner would not pick up the barcode, and the camera thought I was shoplifting and putting the bananas on the belt before scanning. The bananas came NOWHERE near that bagging belt. If you leave your purse in the cart, the camera thinks you have “left behind products” and not purchased them, etc. It’s not a great feeling when this happens almost every time I come. Recently, I tried to use the cashier line so I didn’t have to be accused of a theft by the self check out machine. There was only a cashier and no bagger. They scanned all my items and then watched me bag. I wasn’t done yet before they started scanning a new customer’s items. And then after they left (they only had a couple things) and no one was behind them, the cashier just kept watching me bag and did not offer to help at all. The few times I have had a bagger they have not known how to bag properly, so maybe the cashiers have just given up that skill altogether. This is sad to me because I used enjoy coming here. But it’s not worth it if this is the experience when checking out. There’s no good option. So maybe I just don’t come.

The King Soopers off of timberline in fort Collins had a very energetic crew everyone was upbeat positive working and looking to not only do their job but help customers and a friendly professional manner. Thank you very much y'all doing a great job!

It's fine unless you need help. I've never seen so many disinterested shrugs and "whatevers" from a staff of workers before. I can't say if others are better, but I can't imagine they'd be worse.

Take pictures and check your receipt--I've had three instances where the advertised price differs from the register price. The store made it right by refunding me the difference on all three occasions.

Went to pharmacy here. Good people. Busy tho, wouldn't count on not being put on hold for quite a while if you call in late September

Have been a couple times and it was quick and easy, they can refill the soda stream canisters for you, and have the most flavors of syrup for soda stream vs anywhere else

Curbside. This nastiness is why I try to never use any grocery curbside. Guess they tell their shoppers to pick the oldest so they clean out produce. I've also had almost expired milk, eggs, deli prepackaged. Produce is the worst tho.

Very large supermarket with alot of product, but the parking lot access is inconvenient. We don't live right in the neighborhood, so we'll probably shop at Sprouts or Safeway because it's easier to drive in and out.

I feel almost as bad writing this as I do when I turn down a friendly employee each time they greet me with a smile and ask to help with bagging my groceries, but I have to say something. I've been buying my groceries here since the summer of 2019, and every time I don't say "No, I've got it" to a bagger and sack all of my own items like a greedy and protective Scrooge, I regret it. Today it was two bagged salads neatly nestled beneath a tub of yogurt and a pile of sweet potatoes. Why? Because baggers aren't being trained on how to bag. This is NOT an employee-specific issue, it's a store-wide failure to properly equip its workers with a very basic grocery skill. 6 years of spending $100-200 per week at this store is a pretty decent sample. Again, this isn't the fault of any one employee, but a fault of the store for not emphasizing how important this is when employees are trained. Everything else about this store is great... I love the layout, the prices, the stocking, the checkers (Ahn is my favorite checker not just because she's blazing fast but also because we always geek out over the latest bargains we've discovered)... but please please please teach your baggers how to bag without crushing fragile items. I am truly more than happy to bag my own stuff, but I'm also tired of feeling like a jerk for turning down someone eager to help me. Call me Kaaron if you want, but the bruised and abused bread and produce coming out of this store just deserve better.

Picked up an order I placed online, Hailey came out and dropped off the order to our car, absolutely fantastic customer service! Wouldn't choose any other King Soopers.

It's a fine enough store but a not insignificant portion of their fruit are just rotten. These white peaches were $.99 a lb so no huge loss this time but it's happened with mangos, nectarines etc. Good compost fodder, though.

I stopped after work to grab a few things on my way home. One of them was seafood salad. When I walked to the deli to get some, they were out. I asked the woman behind the counter if she had any left and she checked a couple of places and told me they were out but she then told me she could make a fresh batch. Her name is Jasmine. She went above and beyond with her customer service and I wanted to let her manager, Quinn know what a valuable employee he is lucky to have working there. Thank you Jasmine for making my day!

I like King Soopers but this location is always so busy. Parking is horrendous, sometimes impossible. In my opinion the pharmacy drive through is a joke. It's been faster for me to find an impossible parking space and walk in, seriously I've done it.

King Soopers is the Krogers from where I come in In Indiana..great variety. Good discounts..also love that king Soopers gives out so many gift cards to help families in need right now and for the holidays. I love the Chester chicken in the deli area and fresh salads on the run. Always more than you need..

Super inappropriate to gather every single worker up front to sing Christmas carols. I guarantee by how awkward and embarrassed about 90% of the workers looked that this wasn’t something they were told and got cornered into doing. Not everyone celebrates Christmas and it was clear that management didn’t care about their associates beliefs or feelings. Not to mention a giant group of workers being right where people are passing through and trying to mind their own business with shopping also had to suffer through this ordeal. Poor taste for the company.

I want the customer service to get the money order. The two people at the service desk was rude put in the wrong place for the money order to try to confuse me. And he put in the wrong numbers on purpose. I would never shop at the store ever again. I do not remember their names

Fairly typical Grocery store environment. Better then the Greeley stores that's for sure. The younger staff members appear to be very unmotivated to assist with anything. Love the deli. Allways clean and good service.

This is a really excellent grocery store. They are large, clean, and well maintained with an open floor plan. Shopping is easy and the employees are always helpful. The customer service counter is really easy to use and returns and special orders have always been hassle free. I love their discount shelf, located by the pharmacy, and usually go there first. They have a Starbucks, Snow Fox sushi counter, olive bar, cheese counter, and great meat and deli departments.

Clean store. I've gone in here many times a day weekend or weekday and never seen anything that was dirty or unorganized. Staff is always very helpful when trying to find things or getting out of your way while they're trying to do their job. Very aware of their surroundings! The meat selection is very good and the quality is great. We will get anything from pork chops, beef roast, ribeye, chicken or fish here. They typically have really good sales on two to three different types of meat per week. Last weekend I got rib roast for 50% off! Parking is easy and usually not full, even on a weekend. A few more cart return locations would be nice. You can use your points from shopping on the fuel purchases at their gas stations. They have one of these gas stations at the other end of the parking lot which is very easy and convenient.

This used to be the best place to shop. Good prices and good quality. Lately their quality has gone downhill. It started with the produce. Where it will go bad on 1-2 days after purchase. Now it's spread to other items. I bought buns 4 days ago and they are now covered in mold! We are no longer shopping here due to the quality being so bad. We now drive 20 min to Walmart instead of 5 min to king Soopers. I do hope the issue is resolved soon as we used to love going there.
