Terrible key making. None of the grooves match. Needless to say the key didn’t work. It’s a waste of time of money. Better to go to a locksmith who knows what he is doing.

Total sham. Keys don’t work very well at all. I can see that laser missed one of the divots completely. Had to jiggle new key to get intro lock door. But unlocking is an issue. Don’t use these kiosks. Have a human do it instead. I want a refund!

Well I needed to make a set of keys for my son. I found this key me kiosk at my local Safeway and made my keys there. In a matter of minutes it was done. One made in the spot the other was mailed to me. Both keys were made relatively well. I chose to refine the key myself by removing the little bits of burs and the keys work very well. Mailed key arrived within a few days and I am very satisfied with the whole process. Thank you.
