The large washing machine didn’t do a spin cycle so the towel dripped over the floor and made a mess. Thankfully I had my mop in the truck and I was able to clean it up.

The place is nice and clean but the number to try to call anyone has no voicemail box. Some old guy kept smoking cigarettes inside after people repeatedly asked him to go outside. Same day a machine ate some ladies quarters and no one to call to get them back.

The nicest and cleanest lundrymat around. The owner really takes care of this place it looks as new as when I came when it first opened! Vending machines,VERY CLEAN restroom and cool place to sit and watch tv while you wash. I will be back

Place is so clean. The lady that was there helped me when I was too short to put detergent in the machine. Even when there was another lady saying “ I hate to be that person” and complained about stuff the lady working was so cheerful and caring and helped the other lady with whatever was needed! Might be a little more expensive than other places but I’ll pay the extra $$ to go here!!

The attendant there, I think her name is Christine, is heaven sent. I went to wash my elderly aunt clothes and she exceeded my expectations. The clothes smelled horrible from the nursing home but after Christine was done there was a type of foul smell. Her clothes were perfectly washed, dried, folded and lashed up upon my return. I have been sitting here waiting for my laundry to dry. The dryers are a rip-off. 3.00 to dry 1 load. 1.00 for 20 minutes. It does not get up to 180. You don't have the choice to just put in money for 10 minutes. I paid 1.25 for a coke that was hot. Why have a vending machine if it is not cold. It will not let you post your review unless you give fake stars.

I will never come back here. Go to Wash World in Winter Haven. Only 2.5 miles further but the machines work and there is always an attendant on duty should a problem arise.

Went for the first time today because my washer broke. No one in laundry. Put my clothes in Dryer #9 set on High (180 degree) and approximately 57minutes. After 45 minutes, I checked clothes and still soggy as when I put them in. Dryer was barely warm. I was able to put my hand on inside of dryer with no problem. There wasn't an employee there to tell, so I just packed up my laundry and left. Won't be back.

Update: This place has gone downhill fast. They don't do even minimal care and maintenance. They took away WiFi (several months ago), which was the first sign. Several machines are regularly, if not permanently, out of commission including the very large one. Most of the seating area was replaced with a mostly empty snack vending machine. Worse of all, the one and only change machine is always out of quarters. Every machine ONLY takes quarters. Even if you bring soap it is $5-9 to wash a single load and minimally $2 to actually dry a small load (the dryers vents are full) - that is a lot of quarters! I'm done here. I couldn't wash clothes at all the last time I went even though the place was empty (no one else could wash either). Getting change close by is impossible because this is a perpetual issue. More and more the machines don't run correctly and the dryers are slow due to full vents customers can't access (isn't really a "wash & go"). It was never cheaper to come here, but acceptable for the time savings. Now they seem like they just want to make more money without providing the services. There is even an electronic lock on the door now to allow them to never show up. Original Review in 2024: Very clean. Plenty of machines for a small location. I had a problem and they came quickly to fix the machine and even compensated me for the costs.

This place was amazing and clean. But then their machines started erring out and taking our money. At first the owner was being super nice and refunded us. But now all they did was yell at us about having the same issue. It’s not our responsibility to fix your machines. We can’t help that your washers and dryers are messing up and stealing our money.

When came here atr ago nice clean good working machines with clear instructions on soap placement and such now nothing but broke out of order machines dirty and no clear instructions on soap ,fabric softener,bleach,powder soap it's sad because I roasted about nice clean neighborhood laundry now I might not be back gotten bad sad to say😡

The dryers temperature needs to be adjusted. I paid $1 for high heat and the temperature stayed at 160°F. I never been to a laundromat that took forever to dry clothes... I would say, it's clean...

The washer didn’t spin my clothes correctly so it ended with my clothes still sopping wet. Then they were in the dryer for over 30mins and came out wet still ! That’s unacceptable period ! There was an employee/owner whoever there and she saw that and didn’t have nun to say…
