don’t waste your time or your money! This has been the worst car wash experience I’ve ever seen. They are understaffed and take your money for services they do not provide. I paid for a wheel clean along with my car wash the man took the power washer and spray the wheel no brush know nothing. When I asked the attendant he tells me it’s for service that’s why takes so long. The worst car wash experience of my life I would never ever go back there again!

They claim they close at 5pm everyday. I arrived at 4:50 01/22/2025 and they were already closed. I suggest the owner update the operation hour to avoid more customers wasting their time. I have been their customer for more than a year and this is very disappointed. Update: The owner's response is laughable. Here is my response for you: You claim it’s “almost impossible” to operate because of the temperature, yet you were open earlier in the day and the temperature is the same. If you really care about your employees and the weather was truly an issue, why open at all? You mean though it's "almost impossible to operate" you still decided to operate? How about you tell us how much you are paying them? It makes zero sense and shows how inconsistent your logic is. You are very interesting. Instead of owning up to the fact that you closed early without notice, you decided to attack your customer personally with “don’t come back.” That’s not only unprofessional but flat-out childish. The problem here isn’t the weather—it’s your lack of communication and your inability to take responsibility. Again, if you can’t stick to those hours, at least have the decency to update them online or post a sign. A business that treats customers like this doesn’t deserve any loyalty. Thanks for showing us your true colors. People will have their judgement. BTW no need to delete your response because I've backed it up.

I have a monthly subscription, which to me is the best bang for your buck. For the price of two car washes, you can come and get a wash everyday if you want. My car comes out show room clean every time. Nice service, great customer service. 10 out of 10

I paid $27 and my hubcaps were still completely filthy afterwards. The guy with the spray hose didn’t even spray them and the guy wiping cars down didn’t even wipe them. Might as well have just put some soap on my car right before a rainstorm. My hubcaps should have been easy to clean off. The dirt on them wasn’t built up over time, because I literally bought this car brand new 2 weeks ago. Just being sprayed by the hose would have taken that surface level dirt right off. They also didn’t tell me to put my car in neutral. I didn’t know because I’ve never had a nice car before so I used to rarely use a car wash since my cars looked bad anyways.

I went to KC’s car wash because my car was covered in bird poop. I don’t know what happened to those poor birds or what my car did to deserve this but it was bad and needed a really good wash. KC car wash did a great job on the first round but because of how filthy it was, there was still some left behind. Thankfully they let me go through a second time free and got the job done. My car was nice and clean by the end.

Went to KC Car wash today for a quick in and out wash. The manager met me when I arrived and told me about a mini-detail for $60 and 45 minutes to complete, I decided a mini-detail is what my vehicle needed after speaking with her. There were two managers at the business both were extremely friendly. I was very satisfied with the mini-detail and the wash package included the ceramic wax coating and extra rim cleaning my truck needed. Truck was spotless and exceeded my mini-detail expectations!! My only constructive feed back was, there seemed to be no sense of urgency to get the job done, I felt like I was on their time rather to show some speed to get the customer out in a timeframe promised. I will return!!!

Tbis wash is great! I came to the wash to get my car cleaned and Eric noticed a chip on my windshield. He informed me that because I was former military and have USAA insurance that I qualify for a no cost windshield repair. It was very fast and convenient and did not have to pay a dollar! Great service!
