I have been there several times and always at the same time 5:40 pm and they have always taken my car. But today they said no. The time to clean the last car is at 6pm. It never happened to me.

My first time there, left my car for the minimum service wash exterior and vacuum, when I pic it up the car the dash was full of codes, and they said they has nothing to do with that, somebody miss treat my car there this is going to cost me lots of money to repair, I went to a bmw expert and codes are present because something got damaged! BAD BUSSINESS !!!

They did a great exterior/interior car wash on my Jeep wrangler. Sometimes walk in businesses don’t have the best customer service, and can be dismissive over the phone but not here. They were helpful in answering my questions when I called in advance and everyone I encountered was welcoming and professional. Best part is there is an amazing Argentinian cafe next door while you wait. I would come back here.

Interior shampoo wasn’t a true interior shampoo they just spray chemicals and rub in then vacuum. I had to point out a spot they didn’t get out and then technician came out with Rag and wiped off with some chemical. That shows they didn’t pay attention to detail. If paid $150 but in reality I was more of a $75 detail at best. Omar the manager was nice guy tho.

Decent wash, but inconsistent results 😕. Exterior gets clean, interior often missed, and service feels rushed. Lines can drag, and quality varies depending on the attendant. Not terrible, but don’t expect perfection—more hit-or-miss than reliable shine.

Best carwash ever. So, meticulous. Our car was perfectly washed inside and out. No streaks whatsoever. There are few different stations. Everyone has their job to do and they do it well. The staff is highly attentive and they have a sense of humor which is always a plus. Also, as as added bonus, there is a great place to grab food while you wait called Organic Bites.

Karma Carwash is by far one of the best hand car washes in Miami. They pay attention to detail, very professional and best of all consistent. Centrally located near several restaurants where you can have a bite or just some coffee while you wait for your car. They also have a covered outdoor seating area while you wait for your car. We highly recommend Karma Carwash!!!!

My favorite car wash! They’ve been here for 17 years. They get the job done. There’s seating while your car gets cleaned. There’s also a restaurant next to the car wash. I always go for a walk around the neighborhood while my car is being cleaned. It wasn’t easy to find a car wash that isn’t questionable. You’re handing over your keys to your car after all. But when I tried Karma the first time, I felt comfortable right away. They got out every single bug and dirt spot inside and outside my car. I always check my front bumper and side mirrors. So happy. If you go early, your car will be done early. If you go later, there tends to be a wait and a line of cars. They are busy nonstop. Make sure you tip them because they really do a good job.

I have washed my car at Karma for the last few years. I recently took my car to be washed and instead of getting a clean car, I received water stains on the exterior of the car which has a matte finish. We know Omar the owner and love supporting small businesses. We have tried to call and reach out the last few days and have not been able to speak to anyone to correct the situation. When we questioned the stains we were told by the crew that this is what to expect when the car is "neglected". Comical at best if you looked at the odometer and see the car had only 11,000 miles. They sited "look at the state of your wheels", how mis-informed if they know anything about high performance cars and break dust. They stained my car with god knows what and it took two washes at a reputable place that understands how to work with the matte finish on my car. They even asked me who did this to my car. It was a chemical stain. How disappointing and as someone who lives and works in the neighborhood what an utter disappointment. I don't recommend this place at all which is unfortunate as we are big fans of supporting Omar. His lack of communication is not becoming of a business owner.

If you take your car there, don’t leave. Stay and watch to make sure they actually complete the package you paid for. I requested a wax and left when they brought my car, I had to point out several spots that clearly weren’t done. If a car is truly waxed, those areas shouldn’t still be visible. On top of that, the back of the passenger seat wasn’t even wiped down — my son puts his foot there, so it was very noticeable. I ended up asking for a wet towel and had to wipe it down myself. For the price and the service, I strongly recommend staying and watching to ensure everything is done properly.

Went to another cash wash today, which was horrible and made me realize just how good Karma is! Have been coming here for a few years now and always leave with a clean car and a pleasant experience. The workers and management are kind, the prices are reasonable, and the services are top notch. Can’t wait to come back and not make the mistake of going somewhere else again. Suppose you can call it bad karma :)
