My car was already pretty clean, but I had problem spots on and underneath the passenger seat. I'd been extremely busy and didn't have time to take care of it myself. I verified over the phone that Kaleb would remove the seats and clean. I reiterated the issue when I dropped the car off. When I picked it up, he assured me that he had taken care of the issues and at first glance, it looked fine. When I took a closer look after I got home, I noticed that the areas under the seats were never touched, meaning he didn't remove them like we agreed upon. I messaged him every couple of days for 2 weeks with no response. $150 to wipe my dash, vacuum and get ghosted. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

I had Kaleb detail both of my Ford F250's and my wife's Ford Escape. After the first truck was finished I knew I could trust his work. Kaleb was able to provide more than just a wash and wax like most of the other detailing shops. Both of the trucks were washed, buffed/paint correction, and ceramic coated. My wife's car was detailed inside and out. Without hesitation I would recommend Kaleb to anyone in the future.
