Michelle did an excellent job cleaning our car. We purchased a used car that had an unusual odor that was difficult to remove. She tried different method, did research and worked extra to get the odor out. She even went out of her way to drive to the store to get a different air filter since we had originally purchased the wrong one. She is genuine and takes pride in her work! Michelle is a pro! She is accommodating in ways I would not expect. I provide transportation to clients with allergies and sensitivities that do not tolerate traditional cleaning and detailing supplies. Michelle was super understanding and willing to work with me. She used only the products that were safe for my clients and it still came up looking like new! I will always be back. Wanted to add that I hired Michelle to clean my leased vehicle to return to the dealership. I had some seat stains and funky smells and concerns I might get charged for damages. She got it looking like new again and the car passed inspection with flying colors! No additional charges for me to incur. Highly recommend.

Michelle is fabulous! Better than the detail I got a neighborhood shop and best part is she comes to you!!! It was so easy to get scheduled and she is a great communicator. I am THRILLED with how clean my car is and how shiny it is! She had to put some serious elbow grease in to remove some sap and she did all with a smile. I want a new car but considering how challenging selection is right now, I thought a detail would help it feel new and boy, does it ever! She gets deep in every nook which I really appreciated!

Oh my goodness, Michelle is amazing! My car is beautiful again. She showed up on time at my house in Bay View and she spent a half a day on the interior of my car, vacuuming and scrubbing away in such detail. She brought all her own supplies. Michelle was fantastic!! She comes to you fully prepared and works her magic. We have 8 year old twins who do their best to ruin everything we own so we brought in Michelle to help with the interior of our two cars. Our car has only had two car washes in a year (oops). After being parked under a tree for a few months somehow Michelle not only brought our car back to life but made it look BRAND NEW. On top of that the customer service had been top notch. She has been in contact back and forth with me so much with any questions, requests, scheduling conflicts. I thought her kindness is what set her business apart until I saw how shiny she got our Audi, then I realized she’s all around amazing!
