Do not go here if you value your possessions. Twice now they have taken money out of the center console. First time I thought it was me and misplaced it. Second time I counted it when I left the truck. They took $20 and left the rest. When asked they suddenly started saying they would never and speaking Spanish.

Great job in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. Not giving 5 stars because we tried to drop a vehicle off for just a wash detail @ 4 and were told they were closing, even though their hours are until 6 and there were no other cars ahead of us. This wasn't the first time time this was an issue.

never have I ever taken my car somewhere to get cleaned and seen it "finished" dirtier than what I brought it in as. Juan's 50$ detailing service was absolutely garbage there was scratches all over my new 2019 vehicle and the rims had been sprayed with acid even though I'd said to him before hand to please not spray them since they would destroy them, but after all that he still did. also when I'd brought up that he'd sprayed them he denied the fact that he did. This is not even merely all he done to my car, but I'm tired of ranting. I'm very upset with the job he has done and I can honestly say he has lost a customer for life. I URGE ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GET DETAILED HERE. unless your desire is to get your car completely ruined and still get asked to pay for it.

Do not go here if you have a black car. I use to go here when I had a white car and it was fine but I took my brand new traverse here and I have scratches in random places. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I have had my car for a month and now it has scratches on it in.

Every time I’ve tried to come here I either get the we are about to close talk, or the I’m just too busy talk. You’re about to close at 3pm on a Saturday????? I have brought both my truck and my car to this guy and it’s always something. I could care less if he would have told me, yep, I’ll wash your car, it’ll be $100, I would have paid it. I just want my car or truck at that matter cleaned. It seemed convenient because I could grab a bite to eat next door while I waited. But it just doesn’t seem that they care about making money I guess…

After trying pretty much every hand car wash place in the area and either getting mediocre results or having to wait hours for my car to be cleaned, I found Juan's. I'm very picky about my vehicles, and like another review says, Juan treats each vehicle like his own. They do a great job and try to get it done quick. They've gained a long-term customer here.

They were good but didn't clean the whole car. I.e, dash had no touched in a few areas, and the passenger door wasn't wiped at all. You can see where they wiped and didn't. On the drivers side was better but I took it there for a deep clean for vacation and I had to go behind them. They offered a shampoo carpets for $200, when I had an appointment for complete detail of my car. I called a week in advance and I guess he didn't take my name down. Either way I do recommend them and I will use them again and I paid $80 for my car.

When one person has a bad experience doesn’t mean everyone will. We all have that one bad day.
