The best car wash in Levittown IMO. I had them detail a Tahoe I was trading in on my Subaru and got 5k more because of how clean it was. I'm not going anywhere else...

staff are great, very accommodating if there is an issue. The vacuums recently were upgraded and work well. If your car/truck is really dirty I suggest using something to pretreat before you go through the wash. It never comes out clean

Please fix the "Tire Shine" part or your wash. Every time I go there it doesn't hit most of my tires. Luckily, the guys that work there are super nice and helpful and grab a bottle of tire shine and spray it for me. Today, they didn't have any so one of the guys wrote me for a free shine since I had already dried my car before I went to them. Great place, just want to get My $20 worth! Will continue to go!

You will not get disappointed. Very organized and systematic. Their machines are up to date and does the job more than expected. 4 different basic car wash options to select and some great updates to choose. Great price great quality and don’t forget the free vacuum for your car interiors.

I had a great experience at this car wash! My car came out spotless, and even though the place was busy, the process was quick and efficient. The free vacuums are a huge bonus, and I love that you can choose to use them either before or after your wash. The attendants were friendly and welcoming, smiling, and they paid attention to the little details by brush washing the front, sides, and back of the car before sending it through the automated wash. It really makes a difference! The prices are reasonable, and they offer a monthly wash club starting at a low price, which is a fantastic deal. I also noticed a sign for interior and exterior services by appointment only, and the prices for those were very competitive as well. Highly recommend this car wash for excellent service, great value, and a spotless car!

I needed to find a car wash/vacuum/full service for my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander around the Langhorne, PA area and I came across JR Express Car Wash on Google and checked out their website. I was getting off from my job in Philly this morning and I wanted to stop by to get my car washed before my oil change appointment at noon. I called the number and spoke to JR, I asked if I needed an appointment for a full service. He said yes and gave me all the information included in the Full Service Package. He was very helpful, friendly and great phone customer service. He was able to squeeze my car in this morning and I am very grateful. When I showed up, I met JR. He helped me at the kiosk, I paid for the package, went through the all the works (wash, dry, Shine, vacuum, etc). I also met George and Anthony. Very kind, great customer service and professional. George worked on my Outlander. He did an amazing job, interior and exterior. Phenomenal work!! He made sure he took his time and was attentive to every detail. I am mother of a 1 year old, also traveling for work couple times of month so I can never find the time to get my car washed/vacuumed and I'm very happy that I found JR Express Car Wash. I will definitely be coming back again!!! THANK YOU!🙂

When you get a new car and just paid for the month they refuse to let you transfer it to the new car and have to purchase a new one so I have now wasted a whole month for no reason. I will not be purchasing another one and will now have to fight to cancel the one I have already. Definitely not good business.

What a great place. Took my nissan here and chose the $29 interior and exterior wash. They cleaned inside and each rim by hand. They vacuumed and did all the door jams and windows. When I purchased this wash I recieved a $5 off coupon so I went hone and got my Jeep this time it was only $24 because of the coupon. Not only did they do the interior they washed the rubber mats. My cars look like the were professionaly detailed for under $30. I highly recommend this place. Great job guys!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. My Toyota Sienna with a BraunAbility side-entry wheelchair conversion got stuck inside the wash tunnel. I immediately told the employee that moving forward could damage the vehicle due to reduced clearance. I was instructed to drive forward anyway and was told that if damage occurred, an incident report would be made. As expected, the underbody of the vehicle was damaged, specifically in an area related to the mobility floor conversion. I reported the damage on-site, spoke with the manager, and provided photos and documentation the same day. Later, management stated that their equipment was fine and claimed the damage must have already existed, despite the fact that: • The damage occurred inside the tunnel • I warned staff beforehand • I followed employee instructions The situation was handled dismissively, and responsibility was denied without any inspection of the vehicle by a qualified mobility or structural specialist. If you have any vehicle with low ground clearance, accessibility modifications, or special equipment, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The staff did not demonstrate appropriate caution or accountability.

Got stuck in the middle of tunnel. Vehicle was damaged inside wash tunnel after following employee instructions. Management denied responsibility without proper inspection. Not recommended for vehicles with low clearance or wheelchair-accessible modifications.
