Joe has saved me an enormous amount of money on repairs for both of my carwashes, and on numerous occasions, he has fixed something that another carwash repair technician could not. Not only does Joe have more carwash knowledge than probably any other carwash repair technician in Texas (maybe even the whole country!), but also he is always looking out for his customers' best interests. Everyone in the carwash business knows that the large part suppliers such as Sonny's and PDQ monopolistically overcharge for parts, Joe will find needed parts faster than Sonny's and PDQ, and at a much lower price! He also is always pushing other subcontractors for the best job and deal that they will offer and has saved me a ton of money there too. He and his wife do so much for me and my washes, I could not survive without him. Joe is an amazing person, professionally and personally, and always brightens other people's day with his positive and fun personality and outlook on life. He is also never afraid to call out other companies or people who try to take advantage of his customers. Joe ranks with the hardest working person that I've ever met in my life, he will work hard on your wash all night if needed, get it back up and running, and then move on to his next job without blinking an eye.
