Elias at the front of EL car wash was so sweet and deserves a raise. I asked him what could get the tree sap off of my windshield and he took a scraper and got the sap off himself! 10/10 experience would recommend.

One of the best in the city. I love that the system is designed to clean and shine tires. My only gripe is that there are always 1-3 vertical washing arms not working leaving parts of the car untouched. If you go at least one a week the price is worth it.

This is one of the best car washes I have been to. I have 2 dogs and I can never get their hair out of my car. The vacuums here are strong enough to remove their has with very little struggle. Kaytlyn and will are absolute gems. They are extremely nice and helped me pick the perfect membership for me. They were extremely welcoming and helpful.i love coming to this location!!

Johnny clean car wash -Merrill rd I’ve been using Johnny clean for at least 2,years and have 2 accounts , on recent visits I heard something fall off the car. My shark fin antenna was damaged and the cover was missing. I reported this to them and they said we don’t cover antennas (?I said the sign as enter says something different ) it says we don’t cover power antennas. None the less I opted to close all my accounts As there are unwilling to accept responsibility for the damage (and forged a signature as if I had acknowledged their damage wavier ) I realize my car my not be new but they caused the damage just the same. I’d rather have a dirty car undamaged versus a clean damaged one

The rinsing sucks. Always leave with soap still all over my car. A lot of the vacuums dont work well. While this carwash isnt as pricey as some it is still steep. Its super close to my house so it's more of a convenience thing than anything. When it was johnny clean I liked it much better. Seems like they kept the machines working. But my biggest thing is the rinsing. Its awful.

❌ Absolutely Unacceptable This car wash damaged my truck. The brushes left visible scratches on the hood of my brand-new vehicle that was in perfect condition before entering. I reported it immediately. They promised a response within 72 hours and completely ignored me. After 8 days, the manager tried to deny responsibility and falsely claimed the scratches were already there. He even said they have cameras showing the damage existed before the wash. When I asked for the footage or any proof, he refused to provide it. If you truly have evidence, you show it. Refusing to share it only proves you’re lying. This business takes zero responsibility for damage they cause. No honesty, no integrity, and extremely unprofessional management. Stay away unless you’re willing to risk damaging your vehicle and being blamed for it.
