This by far is one of the best truck washing businesses I have ever experienced, they hand washed every part of my truck and they asked if I wanted my engine washed and I was reluctant at first only because when blue beacon does it they just wash the sides and charge 10 dollars, Joe's guys washed every part of the engine and got up underneath it and I was so happy, and when they washed the truck they didn't miss one part of it and it looked great. I highly recommend this business to all my fellow truck drivers and especially the owner operators, thank you Joe and your employees for an awesome job I will definitely be back.

Their washout is one of the best I've seen, if not the best. I'll be coming here first before anywhere else if I'm in the area needing a washout. $55 washout with much higher quality work than your typical streakin' beacon.

These guys know how to run a business! I was delivering a new truck to the Jacksonville Port and had to get a truck wash before dropping it off. I was running out of time but the guys got me in right away for a very reasonable price. They were very friendly and had great Morown and Blues tunes playing while I waited. They did a great job and got the wash done very quickly. Highly recommended!

These gentlemen were so nice and friendly. Ample space for several 18 wheelers. Best to call ahead as you’ll kinda be placed in queue which wasn’t a long wait they’re fairly quick I’d say about 30 minutes in a Peterbuilt. Also, they def need to charge more…..the prices are good but they should charge more….anywayz thanks for getting us right and back on the road guys 👏🏽

I wanted to gatekeep but My experience was great. I can say for sure they love PRIME drivers. They were prompt ,professional and also allowed me to park and shower. Being OTR and getting loads in and out of FL everyone knows there’s nowhere to park. I got there about 12am midnight and was able to get a good shower and a quiet place to park and rest to make it to my pickup on time. Staff checked on me and guaranteed my safety.They didn’t go inside until I was done and in my truck.Highly recommend anyone who is near Jacksonville area to check them out. This will be my go to every time I come to Florida. Thankyou guys for looking out

These guys were great. Professional and polite. They did a really nice job. I can actually see the frame of my truck again! And there is a shine to the truck I havent seen in awhile! Hadnt washed it in a year and some change. 😅 But I highly recommend these guys if your in the Jacksonville area and need a good wash. I took before and after pictures for you all to see before you go, just keep in mind my truck is a little decrepit but it is now my clean decrepit truck. Haha anyway Ill be back to this in the future and more often.

Thank you for a positive truck wash experience. All of my points of concern were taken care of 100%. A real above and beyond service. This is not a National Corperate chain. This is a real hand wash truck wash. There wasn't a 3 hour line. Dried up bugs on the top of the cab scrubbed and gone. No streaks of moved around grime and dirt left behind. I'm 100% satisfied. Staff and ownership were all very nice, pleasant, and industrious in the work performed. Thank you, I look forward to my next wash at Joe Reed Truck Detailing.

I seriously believe that anyone who has become a customer of this business is very satisfied and will return and let others know! Mr. Joe Reed is extremely professional. Very keen and focused. My rfr washout was magnificent. Nothing was left inside of my empty, and it was very thorough. Very convenient location. Signage very clear. I witnessed different types of trucks that were not refrigerated that were thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Just stop by and ask him what you would like to know and have done. I called his business number prior to arrival, and his voicemail was very helpful and detailed and clear. Call ahead. There are specific phone numbers you must call prior to arrival if you desire a special detailed service. Trailer washouts are 24/7 per Mr. Reed's business voicemail. There is a Pilot travel stop nearby. Great business. Great business owner! I'm glad I stopped in!
