Auto tech overfilled the crankcase. Two guys looked at the level after the initial service and sent me home. Checked the level when I got home and there was an extra quart overfill. Small 4 cylinder Honda engine that should be filled properly or seals or engine damage can occur. Proper fill level is one thing you would expect here. I’ll start with a positive note. The service was fast. Beware of the attempts to sell you repairs you don’t need. The tech tried to fool me into getting a rear differential service and air filter, claiming it was needed immediately. I knew this was false since the truck was just serviced for many things quite recently, including those things. Lastly, the cashier barely spoke English, which made it difficult to get basic information.

The team at this Jiffy Lube is always professional and polite, remembering the customer’s needs but not pushy in trying to just sell services. I needed new hood struts and they orders the parts and installed them at a reasonable price. Way better than my trying the DIY method. I love the clean windows you get along with your oil change. Thanks guys!!

I don’t even leave reviews for places, but I got home and this thing on my car literally fell off on my feet. What if that had happened while I was driving, are you dumb? I’ve been to them twice and been disappointed and annoyed both times. They’re bad at explaining things, they curse, they put the wrong drain plug on my vehicle. Go anywhere else.

I’ve used this location multiple times while in the area and have not experienced any issues. I’ve only used their oil change services and nothing else. Everyone is pretty straightforward and to the point and my vehicle is in and out within 25 minutes. Exactly would you’d expect from a Jiffy Lube. No complaints.

If there were 10 starts I will give them all to this business and the crew. Starting from the manager David and techs Austin and Bobby they were very welcoming, polite, professionals and thorough on explaining me what was needed for my car and how much it will cost me. The manager opened the door for me and offered me a seat on the pristine clean waiting area and made sure to offer me the complementary drinks. I usually don’t leave reviews but this crew totally gained me as customer and will have to say good bye ✌️ to expensive, rude Radley Chev.

Today 10/12/25 at 11am I stop here for oil change, I was told “We only have 2 technicians working on 1 vehicle today, they will not stop to change your oil, Sorry”. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location, at this point it’s discrimination. Why? Are your technicians trained to be bias or this is your policy?

Great Customer Service! The staff there were all friendly! I went in for an oil change and brake fluid, found out I needed new brakes, rotors, and calipers, and some bolts that needed to be replaced, I just bought my car used from a used car dealership and of course I had so many issues with the car, Savannah really helped me out and worked with me on everything I needed, Tyshaun came in early the next day just to work hard on my car to get it done right after being so messed up from the previous user, all the staff that night where so helpful!

I was stressed about my car while traveling and Savannah answered my call quickly and kindly and knew just who I was when I showed up a bit later. The team was so fast I didn’t even have time to sit in the lobby. Savannah explained my engine codes clearly and was so nice. Came in on 12/26 to fix an oil leak and vehicle was diagnosed to have valve cover and spark plugs replaced. However when I picked up my vehicle same day the check engine light was on and my van kept accelerating while parked. I brought back my van to them same day and said it was not leaking, when indeed it was and I have attached picture to the right. Unfortunately they said it was fine and vehicle was safe to drive. I called on 12/28 early morning to inform them my van is still leaking, let me know tech was not there. Same day in the afternoon after church my van broke down and I have attached the picture and I had to get towed on 12/28. I called to inform them on 12/29 of the incident and at this point van does not turn on. Due to the oil leak my alternator was ruined and seems like I was mis diagnosed. I was told on 12/30 that an incident or report will be filed and I would get a call by 1/02 the latest and still have heard nothing. If the district manager can please reach out ASAP. I am quiet upset I paid $865 to have my van returned in the worst condition and now no one wants to be held accountable.
