The technician put too much air in my tires. The technician also falsely claimed that he put 32 in my tires and it was actually 46 which caused my tire to blow when I left the facility. I called to report this and I was told nothing could be done. I’m very dissatisfied with this.

Advised PSI/Tire indicator was on and needed a couple tires brought up to 35. I was told, "no problem, we'll take care if that". Indicator turned on 5 minutes after leaving with same PSI. Wouldn't complain if the service wasn't $115 for an oil change.

Add an oil check add an oil check and did not receive the right oil change. Had to come back in and after I cleaned up the oil leak I feel that you should give me something free.

I was completely shocked that the total for a 15 minute oil change and replacing 2 filters would total $182! I was charged $85 for just the 2 filters. I researched the actual cost of the exact same filters, except they are name brand, had I ordered them and installed them myself, the 2 filters were $9.35 and $10.19 That is a massive markup. The cabin filter has been installed incorrectly because now my AC vent is whistling super loud

I I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. It didn’t take about 20 minutes very friendly atmosphere nice people very clean when I got there. I was getting 17 miles to the gallon when I left. I was getting 23 miles to the gallon after my oil change pretty cool

This is my place for my oil change needs. Living in Hemet I appreciate the air conditioned waiting room. They are detailed in explaining what my car needs. I’ve never had to wait long and they clean my windows. I recommend them to my friends and family.

I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The interaction felt rushed, there was little to no eye contact, and no effort made to create a positive customer experience. It felt more like “here’s your charge, sign here” rather than being treated as a valued customer. Management may want to consider additional customer service training, as the experience did not meet expectations and left me feeling unappreciated.

Was greeted warmly. Actually, always greeted warmly, yes, I'm a repeat customer for a reason. They always do a great job. I usually try to show up with a clean truck, but, they washed windows and vacuumed. I highly recommend them and trust them with my vehicle. Thanks guys

Employees are very nice and accommodating but had an issue the very next day on my way to work with the bottom skid plate coming off and scrapping on the freeway and eventually breaking off a portion of it. I drive a company fleet vehicle and they will need to now pay for it to be replaced. I really like this location and so close to my house. I will return to them and let the manager know my experience so hopefully quality control will be tightened up. This is the only bad experience I’ve ever had at this location.
