I'd like to rate this location but I wasn't able to use their services. Their website says they're open on Sunday's from 8am to 530 pm but when I arrived at 8 am no one was there. I went back at 830 and again, no one was there. The hours on their lobby doors say open at 8 am on Sunday's and no sign was up on the door saying they were closed. Please update your hours to match your schedules so your customers don't waste their time.

I've used this location for a few years now and they never let down. I almost always go first thing when they open because they can get kinda busy. There is inside seating and also chairs for outside seating. The location is always clean and well organized and the employees are always super friendly. I would definitely recommend this location.

I got to the location at 7:50am on the Saturday before Mother's Day because they were scheduled to open at 8am. I wanted to get there earlier so I could be the first car, or at least one of the first. They didn't open and get started on my car until 8:40am. The manager offered to give me $20 off my Signature Service however I already had a coupon for $20 so he gave me an additional $10 off. The workers were very nice as they were standing outside with me and it was the manager who was late. There was one guy who did apologize for the inconvenience, I can't remember his name. I get that things happen but it did throw my day off.

Workers cut every corner they possibly can when working on your car, they do not honor coupons, and this place is more expensive than the DEALERSHIP + lackluster customer service. I would caution against going to this place.

They took care of my car 🚗 I am happy with the attention to detail they gave. They where friendly, knowledgeable and quick I had an oil change in other places take more then an hour they did it in less than a hour.

I highly suggest no one do business here. I went in for a simple oil change but what I got was a botched oil change which left me with engine damage. Upon reaching out to Corporate I have not received a call back from anyone regarding the issue. I spoke with the Manager (David) whom not only was rude, but not helpful said he would return our call later that day. It has been 2 weeks and several calls later and no return call. I understand as the Manager he is not the one who incorrectly did the oil change but it is his job to correct the situation.

They got to to be better on communication with customers. No one said anything to me the whole time just how much is was in the beginning and the total at the end. They never mention a free car wash I only find out after I went over and was a bought to pay until the guy saw my receipt for the oil change in my car or just a simple how your day thank you for stopping by. They were also late to opening didn’t open until 920

This Jiffy Lube is great!!! Omid did my oil change. What a nice and courteous young man! They have a special going on right now so he took care of it for me. There was no wait and he got me in and out with no problems. Franklin was the cashier and was very nice as well. I love knowledgeable and courteous customer service and they did it all. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!

They said they charge 125 for an oil change on a small car.. look at Walmart its less than 50 and quality work.. beware of Jiffy Lube

Kind of expensive in fixing my husband’s tire wheel axle and new wheel. The good thing is that they are open on Sundays when many other places where closed and they give you an option in applying to synchrony financial. All in all they were pretty good and the car was ready the next day.

Service was quick, they checked my air filters for the engine and cabin and topped off my fluids. Jesse was very friendly and honored my coupons as well. Dealerships take too long and charge too much for a simple oil change, glad I can count on Jiffy Lube.

I had an amazing experience today at jiffy Lube from the moment I arrived until the time I left the establishment. I came to get my oiled changed due to going to Walmart before and they stripped my bolt never replace my screws it became stressful so I decided to come here. The customer service was outstanding. I let Franklin know what I experienced before I came and he was so understanding and listened to all my concerns. Not only did Franklin help me but Maynor also was very helpful also. I highly recommend that you come to this jiffy lube for your services you will not be disappointed. I’m very big on being treated with respect and kindness and here they showed me exactly that with a great service. Thank you all.

I went in today to get an oil change and before even pulling my car in notified them that it has an uncommon oil filter and they checked and said they had it. I then pulled my car in and they drained the oil, removed the filter, then put the old filter back into the car. I had to ask the technician twice if he had replaced the filter because it looked like the old filter before he removed the old filter. He then put the incorrect filter into the car, which again I had to ask about twice before he removed it and compared the two filters. They then had to call and get the correct filter delivered. Once it arrived they installed it and another tech dropped a socket in the engine bay of my car and another tech told me to go ahead and start it. I told him I would wait until they got the socket out of my engine bay. They then removed it, I started the card, they checked the oil level and told me I was good to go. I pulled into the parking lot and checked the level for myself and it was overfilled. I notified them and the manager from the location on 15th St W personally removed some oil to get it to the correct level. This all took > 1 hour. Multiple times they almost made mistakes that could have caused serious engine damage (old filter re-installed, incorrect filter installed, and oil overfilled). They gave me a $25 discount, but the tech that made the mistakes never apologized and the errors seemed intentional to get me out of their shop quickly. If I had not been paying attention or known what to be looking for these errors would have occurred and potentially damaged my engine.

Ez Oil Change Service makes something simple feel special. They took the time to explain the different oil options and didn’t pressure me to buy anything extra.
