Great place with great guys. They were quick, professional, and knowledgeable. Needed an oil change while on vacation from way out of town and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Vacuumed my floor mat and cleaned my windows perfectly, something I had been failing to do for a few days on this trip. 5 stars

The hartnell location did an oil change on my Audi. They had the oil filter in stock and got it done quickly and professionally without trying to BS me into a bunch of unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend for anyone with an import or domestic 😎

my service on Saturday at the hartnell location. I was not impressed with the employees on shift. Very unprofessional. The language they were using and let alone the amount of time I sat in my truck before I was even greated . Your market st location is my preferred location but they are closed on weekends. Market st is your best location. Never have to wait to be greeted.

I had a great experience. The mechanical staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional. Before trying jiffy I was using Premier. This was $80 cheaper for the same products, and I still got my windshield and back windows cleaned spotless. Although I didn't get endless free sodas at jiffy, but then I didn't go there to get my fill of sugar.

Really impressed with the services I received today. Kevin, Alejandro and Jacob were top notch in Customer Service. They explained the services I would be getting and other things I might consider. I got my front brakes taken care of, my transmission flushed and an oil change. Plus a full checklist of other things reviewed. They were fast and treated me with honesty and respect. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.
