If I could give it no stars I would. I took my SUV to get detailed. The guy working there said it be $20- I asked for the price to receive a good detailed he advised it'd be $35 instead. The carwash process did not take longer than 20 minutes. When i was returned by car the dirt they blow inside was all over my roof and there had been no interior detailing. I am not one to bash someone's business but this place its horrible. Save your money go get yourself a real carwash elsewhere. This carwash business rushes through a job that is suppose to be detailed.

Great place! Well equiped and the staff is extremely helpful. My car was in need of a good wash a lot of stains and spots it was awful. Now it looks as good as new they totally revitalize the paint and inside everything looks brand new. Keep it up.

They do a good job at a reasonable price. They washed and waxed my 4Runner for $65 plus tip.It looked like new. Similar businesses charge much more to apply wax. The guys work very hard, they appreciate your tips if you are happy with their work.

Was excited to get my Lexus complimentary washes provided by JM Lexus. It was my first time and last. Was asked if I wanted to add any more extra services, but I declined for today. I tipped, pulled out, and when I came home there was huge missed spots all over my car! Had to hand wash it. How embarrassing for me and for that business. Will not be back. I

Cars came out with soap down the back of every vehicle - one of the workers commented something wasn't working right YET they didn't shut down to fix or correct. Workers just wiped the soap off as they dried it.

I showed up at 5:05 PM to get a wash — well before closing time, which is clearly listed everywhere as 6:00 PM. But the entrance lane was already shut down. I tried to politely signal to the employee standing nearby (who was on his phone), and he just signaled “no” without saying anything. If the last wash is earlier than posted, the business really needs to update their hours or put up a clear sign letting customers know. It was frustrating to show up with enough time and still be turned away. As for the wash itself — I’ve used them before, and it’s fine if you’re just looking for a quick, basic clean. Nothing special, but convenient when it actually runs.

Worst car wash I’ve been to. My car was dirtier on the outside than when I started. The attendant tried wiping it down with a spray bottle and towel but it was just making it worse. Clean the equipment and give the team clean rags.

Worse car wash ever. Exterior still had dirt that wasn’t cleaned. Door jams not cleaned. I opened my trunk the frame around the trunk never touched. Windows terrible never cleaned from the inside. For the money I paid I would not recommend this place. Oh I’m from NY for this price everything gets cleaned.

So I found this car wash and they offer monthly packages and I decided to do $60 a month with unlimited washes good deal. But they always disappoint me either they don't wash the car good or don't vacuum the inside good. I be so mad when they "be done" with my car. I just go right around and have them redo my car. They be rushing all the time I be so aggravated you take my money faithful evey month I want a clean car.

$25 for a half-done job. They did not wipe down the interior of the car, and it still did not smell clean. The service felt rushed and incomplete, and it didn’t meet even basic expectations. I expected a thorough cleaning for the price, but I was disappointed with the quality and attention to detail.

had a very bad experience at Jet Car Wash in Pompano. The attendant who gave me the ticket was extremely rude and disrespectful. He seemed annoyed just because I stopped talking to be attended, and treated me with total ignorance. At the end, he tried to cover up his behavior by calling me “sweetie” and “heart,” which only made it worse. The person who was supposed to wash the car didn’t even spray water — he was just sitting drinking coffee while my car was dragged through without proper cleaning. This place is unprofessional and careless. I will never go back and will make sure people know about this awful service.Never more rude EDY! Maybe EDY is the owner.

Worst experience ever. Went as a courtesy wash for JM was told that only covers $5 for Outside wash. To vacuum inside and do windshields it’s $17… Car came around in about 29mins. Water streaks from not being g dried properly, dash and inside still dusty, seats not vacuumed and tires dirty…. Not worth it Never going back

People are nice. Ladies with the vacuums have been doing a half ass job. Services were better. Price went up from 16-18 which isn’t an issue unless service falls apart like it has been. Questioning if I should go back. Wouldn’t typically write a review but still had trash in my back seat and dust on my panel. Sad.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They really don't even deserve 1 star. Spent $35 for a full service wash. They didn't clean the inside of the windshield, left dirt spots all over the outside, didn't wipe the dirt off of the rims and then the guy drying it complained when I asked to wipe some of the dirt. First and last time there! There are car washes everywhere in south FL so don't waste your time here!
