Terrible drive through wash! I paid for the best wash they had, which is supposed to have all the extra spray waxes, coatings and tire shine. The wash was definitely less than 3 minutes, probably less than 1 minute and several of the extra items were not spraying when the lights indicated they were. After I left, I pulled into a gas station to fill up and noticed that the front and rear bumpers and lights were not even touched by the wash, and there were large spots all over that the wash had missed. There was no tire shine and my wheels were filthy. I had to use the gas station paper towels to wipe off all the dirt that the car wash missed. It took me 10 to 15 minutes to clean it myself. One thing they did not miss was to charge my credit card.

The gentleman working there was very nice and accommodating and they have a lot of cleaning products to choose from. My complaint is it ended up costing me $300! The big drive through was $12.50 for "the works" & not 1 body panel was completely cleaned. I had to use a bay & drop another $10 to redwash it myself by hand! I'm also 99% sure the drive through wash cracked my windshield. The brush roll that goes across top of car made loud noise at my windshield & i saw the crack when drying it. I can't prove it wasn't there prior to entering wash though so it ended up the most expensive car wash ever! And i had to do it myself anyways.

Self service or drive through, lots of large wash bays and trash/vacuum bays, all are covered which is really nice when it's over 100 degrees outside. Clean and mostly well maintained, reasonable pricing with credit cards accepted, including Donlen fleet cards.

I use the self car wash here fairly often. There has always been soap, wax, etc when I used it. The place is usually kept fairly clean also. The only negative in my opinion is it seems to be a little expensive. I use the credit card option and it seems to add up charges fairly quickly.

Went in for a "do it yourself car wash" about 30 minutes ago. The pressure wasn't even working correctly on the triple foam and wash hose. I couldn't get any water at all in the wash cycle and the knobs on the wash selections were broken. I went over to the automated wash to run my car through the wash again because my car was covered in foam. The attendant tells me while I'm pulling in to pay to have my car rinsed off again "hey don't pull up you'll mess up the timing cycle". Price $16.00 I've been here several times before where it worked okay but, after this shady experience I will not ever go back and I will probably dispute the $10.00 charge for a car wash I never received.

Great experience! The gentleman on duty was extremely nice and checked in on all the customers to make sure everything was going well. Looking forward to being back!

For one I swear that the timer counts faster than it should. Today I came and it didn’t start counting my change until $.75 in. I said screw it and continue the car wash. There was almost no foam coming out of the brush to the point where it was like I was mixing mud and water together when trying to clean my vehicle. Was there a month ago and the same experience. No product in their machine as if they’re trying to make you take as long as possible with your wash or they’re just completely skimping everyone. Will never come back again as this time I feel I got screwed and I spent 5 dollars for a half washed truck!

I used my credit card and when I was done the total was $4.50, but I got charged $15. Seems like it has done it to other customers as well. Doesnt help that there is no one to contact to get my money back or to hold them responsible. Of anyone has a point of contact name and number please share

Just as I was about to finish wiping down my car soap came pouring down from the ceiling when the person next to me turned theirs on. Had to restart the whole car wash because of how much the constant stream poured out. Tried to call the number listed as the company number and it said it was disconnected. So not only is there no way to get my money back but there is no way to let them know to fix it. Terrible experience.

Worst wand wash ever. I went to a lot of trouble with the high pressure soap, the tri color foam, and the foam brush. The vehicle wasn't that dirty, but I wanted a nice touch-up. BUT, when I did the high pressure rinse, it looked like dirty water. It never did run clean, so I can only assume the water is being recycled or is dirty well water. Who knows? I have no idea, but I've never seen anything like it . So I went to the added trouble of doing a spot-free final rinse, and the car still looks dirty. $6.50 and 1/2 of my time completely wasted. Rip-off.

Attention don’t put money in CarWash intel you select what wash you want! They will take your money and won’t count what you put in before your selection. I tried to call to get money back but phone number is out of service. I hope management sees this to resolve this issue.

When they ran my credit card check of $15 to make sure it was a good credit card. They charged the whole $15 for just a 2 or 3-minute rinse off. Going through my bank statements they've done it to me three times before I realized I was getting robbed. BEWARE!!!

It was safe, clean . Make sure you have at least 10 dollars of quarters . Took probably 25 minutes and $8. So a little mis leading.

You pay for what you get.. the triple soap gun sprayed in every direction except the nozzle where it's supposed to spray from.. against my better judgement, I decided to use the foam brush instead.. you guessed it, it left a huge scuff mark down the side of my vehicle. I tried calling their listed number before leaving a review and it's out of service, probably because they're avoiding calls about how broken and useless everything is. The only positive is that the bays are big. Update.. they charged my card the whole 15 dollar hold for the 5 minutes I used what wasn't broken.

Just purchased this car a few weeks ago and used the automatic cleaning. There is a 3in gouge in the back of my car now. It's not just a paint chip, it's extremely deep. I've now learned that using automatic car washes is extremely stupid.

Yesterday, I visited this car wash and utilized Apple Pay to pay for my service, as I did not have any cash on hand. The total run time was two minutes and thirty-eight seconds. However, my car was charged $15, which is significantly higher than the standard $1.50 charge. Despite my efforts to contact the car wash via phone to request a refund, the call was unsuccessful, as the machine was indicated as “not in service.” It is uncertain whether this is an issue with the machine’s setup or the car wash’s operational procedures. Therefore, I strongly advise customers who do not have cash to avoid using credit cards or Apple Pay at this establishment.

First off I want to say I’ve been coming to this car wash for the past 10 years. I’ve seen the ups and downs of this place. I ran into the owner today who took over about a year ago. He seems to be really engaged in the betterment of this place up. He was telling me about the new app they’ve implemented for the place as well as the new touch-less technology in the drive through car wash. I’ve been adamant about hand washing my car over the years as I don’t want brush marks on my car but this tech doesn’t use brushes to clean it. He offered me a free $15 service and I’m very happy with the result. I was thrilled to save time, have good convo with the owner and get a free service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks jet set!

Paid for the most expensive option on the list for the automated car wash. Not only did it not come close to getting my car clean, it didn’t even rinse the soap off. The pics show the soap still on my car as I was going through the blowers at the end and then outside the wash. No phone number to call. Called 2 different numbers I found online. Both were disconnected. Don’t waste your money.
