Has always been a good carwash with strong water pressure and good soap, but I ran into some issues they're...broken glass at the exit side of the wash bay with wood shavings, all of the trash receptacles being over flowed with trash and all on the ground..I hadn't been hear in a long time and if their is a next time, I'll look around before I enter to was my vehicle..Very Disappointing.

I put $5 in this car wash then towards the end it started spitting out green foam this wash was the end bay by the automatic car wash It also happened to the lady behind me we both had to wash our car all over again so that meant another $5 And the streaks still didn't come out. There was a man on the lot sitting in his car I'm thinking he works there babysitting the car wash. I don't think he was the owner and in the last bay you cannot read the dials someone has tried to write what they should say but you still can't read that either. So I put 5 more dollars in the 2nd day 2nd bay and it did not get the streaks off of my car so now my car looks like rust streaks are all over it..WHERE IS THE OWNER! GET IN CONTACT WITH ME NOW BECAUSE IF IT DOESN'T COME OUT THERE WILL BE A LAWSUIT! I'm glad I have a witness.

Went here on my lunch break just to vacuum my car. Kind of weird how you have to use a special coin for the vacuum. Maybe I didn't read it right but I don't think quarters were accepted. I only had cash anyway so exchanged for the coin and cleaned the car. Long lasting vacuum with great suction power.

I put cash into the automatic car wash. Proceeded in wash on the green light and the wash never came on. There wasn’t anyone in office to help and the number listed online is for the previous owner. There needs to be a way to receive a refund or proper wash!

You must check this out Place is 5 star well kept Use cash to get tokens. Use Credit Card if your out of cash. Use quarters if you dont have either . Very nice vaccums. High pressure hoses. Well maintained and easy to get in and out. Very affordable . Tell your family and friends.

Decent self serve car wash. Clean bays and vacuums were ok. Will go to again when I want to wash my vehicle 3/25 another great stop to vacuum my SUV and throw trash away...only qualm I had was that the vacuums, which are pricey at $2, were WAY too short of running time. Nowadays there are free vacuums all over so this owners of this car wash will soon feel the effects of competition

I just left the carwash and the automatic wash took my money. I called the number in Google and didn't get an answer. I'm very disappointed. Someone needs to be onsite to resolve issues like this.

I been coming here for years, this year it improved a lot. The first time I came here this year I got the meet the guy that was here. Today is my third time coming here this year and I saw the same guy for the second time he was working and cleaning. He came up and asked how was Everything again just like the first time works. It really is a good and very clean car wash and it’s got new brushes. Which is very important for me, as well as the vacuum sucks very good. We need more like this one. Thank you sir!

Best car wash experience I have ever had. Sal, the owner, was onsite even though this is a self-service car wash and it was only about 45 degrees outside. I used the touchless wash after a long road trip from Texas, and my truck was extremely dirty. I also had grease splattered along the side that one wash just couldn’t remove. When I lined up to go through again, Sal asked what was going on. After I explained, he personally inspected the truck, noticed the grease, and instead of letting me pay to run it through multiple times, he grabbed a brush and soap and hand-washed the affected area himself to make sure it came out clean. That level of care and customer service is rare. You can tell Sal truly takes pride in his business. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone.

Plaza Jet Car Wash is hands down one of the best car washes around. The owner is doing an amazing job — whenever he’s there, he’s actively helping customers and you can tell he genuinely cares about people and their experience. That alone makes a huge difference. The car wash is always very clean and well maintained, the water pressure is strong, and the soap smells amazing and actually gets your car spotless. Everything works properly, which isn’t always the case at other car washes. It’s quick, easy, and leaves your car looking brand new every time. I also just found out the owner has another location in St. Ann near Menards and Cane’s on Adie Rd, which says a lot about how well he runs his business. If you’re looking for a reliable, clean, and well-run car wash where the owner truly takes pride in what he does, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

Spent 12 dollars for premium wash and it was horrible. See attached pictures! Do not go here. Save your money and go somewhere else!! Does a horrible wash!! Stay away from this business!!!
