I walked up to my vehicle when it was done and immediately saw a major scuff on my passenger side door. The inside didn't look much different from when I brought it in. No airfreshener was used like I requested. Bad job all around.

Paid $100 for a wash with wax and armor all, of course I get the 65 year old frail worker and got a horrible result. Dust still on dash, armor all on windows, dirt still on bumper.... Never again.

I gave them a shot. I normally don't get car washes at a gas station. I normally do mobile car was. They did a great job, attention to detail and there clay bar wax makes the pain in my car pop. I also had them clean my engine out and a job well done.

Had my cars oil changed here and the brakes replaced a couple of months ago. Jesse was very professional and detailed as to what needed to be done. The car was also washed and vacuumed. I am happy with the service.

I can't say much about the gas and mini mart as they are both very clean and the mart is well stocked with goodies. The car wash on the othrr hand is terrible. For the amount of people that work there and what they charge, you would think they would do a better job. Their attention to detail is horrible and being busy is not an excuse in my book since they don't have a "we're busy" discount. I should have learned my lesson the first time around and not come back. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. You're better off driving your car through a puddle.

I've been to two locations. The employees washing the vehicles at both locations work proficiently to get your vehicle cleaned and back to you ASAP. As for seating the Location on West Avenue J has more outdoor seating. But for snacks and whatnot, the location on West Avenue L is where you want to be.

I appreciate the job well done! I chose to do the special--which was posted as $89.99...I dropped a star because I was not informed in advance that my mini van would actually cost, $95. I still proceeded with the cleaning, but in the future it would be good to be told upfront. It took a little over an hour to complete the washing, vacuuming, armor all, tires, and hand waxing. Came out great!

Do not bring your car here for a detailing job. It is ridiculous to see I paid $300 for a basic Car Wash that lasted 6 hours to complete. The reason why I brought my weekend truck here was because they've done a great job doing a basic car wash in the past and try giving them a shot. I normally do not give bad reviews but this one I felt like I needed to let people know what they're getting into.

This is my favorite carwash. They do an amazing job detailing my cars. Its much cheaper than having someone come to your house and they do a better job. Ask for Jose, he is always fair with me. Anyone I have recommended to go there has left satisfied. Also, if you need an oil change you can usually get a free or cheap wash along with it.

On my way to work I stopped for a quick car wash. I got the $15 basic car Wash, just exterior. Nothing extra and never got out of my vehicle. When I got to work I realized that the car wash people had put a massive scratch across the roof of my vehicle stretching from the driver side door all the way to the back door. This is a long, deep scratch. I will be going back tomorrow to talk to someone in charge.

Been going here for years. Bought a new car (a challenger) a week prior and took it for its first car wash. I sit inside usually because of weather elements so I didn’t see my car from start to finish but when it was ready it had scratches and touch up paint on it. They swore out they didn’t do it said maybe the dealer did it and I was like nah bro I did a full inspection with my auto dealer when I purchased it. Then the guy I talked to supposedly in charge said they don’t even have touch up paint (but next door is an auto shop?) yeah ok 🙄. They said because it was the weekend no manager was in to pull the cameras so I had to come back on Monday. Went on Monday to talk to Michelle (manager) when they opened and was assured she would watch the footage and get back to me. Contacted her everyday and got the same response. 3 days and no updates and no footage viewed smh. What makes the situation worse is the touch up paint because they didn’t even try to do a good job like you could tell it was rushed and the paint didn’t even match and because the car was still wet the paint wasn’t fully dried and looked globby. Buyer beware!

went on for a $50 car wash. came out with this massive damage on my paint. confronted Jose the manager & he swore up & down it wasn’t because of his car wash since they are “100 hand wash” i told him that was a lie & his pressure washer did the damage. he took no accountability. even took a photo of the video where they use a pressure washer. do not go here

Date of Service: 10/17/24 @ 4:00 PM I just had my brand-new 2025 rental vehicle washed here, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The car came out with visible swirl marks that were not present beforehand, and to make matters worse, dirt was still left on the surface after the wash. For the price and the fact that this is a hand wash service, I expected much better attention to detail. Honestly, I get better results from basic drive-through washes that only use sprayers — at least those don't scratch the paint. I didn't raise a fuss since it's a rental, but if you care about your car’s paint, I'd strongly advise caution. Nice people, terrible wash Not sure what was included in my package but I expected the interior to be perfect considering there wasnt much dirt to begin with on the inside. The dirt was isolated to my front driver side, so I expected it to be spotless, however it looks like they just sprayed out the rocks and left the dust behind. Do what you will with this info folks

Took my car to get washed paid $50 for a mediocre job. The Armour all is almost invisible and they didnt even try to get into the cup holders and the hand coin holder is still a mess this100% car wash is not what it is very dissatisfied and disappointing 😑
