Went to get my boat washed and the women at the front desk wanted to charge me $180 more than the same service received for the same boat by a friend. She is a very hostile and aggressive Person and lost my business. I wouldn’t recommend.

Incredibly disappointed in the professionalism of this business. Prior to my most recent detailing service, I had been quite pleased with the car wash services I’ve received. When I picked up my car after a complete detail on 8/22/24, I noticed a new chip and crack spanning across the bottom half of my windshield. When I approached the detailing staff about the new crack, I was quickly told by multiple staff that even though the chip and crack occurred on their property, the crack was essentially my fault. The next morning I received a call from the manager, Alvero, who was also defensive, curt, and uncompassionate. He reiterated that despite the chip and crack occurring on their property and during their detailing services, they would not be taking responsibility. Since Jazz Car Wash will not be taking accountability, helping in the resolution of my newly cracked windshield, or act apologetically for this incidence, I asked how this company was going to take measures to help prevent this from happening to future customers. Alvero stated that he has seen this happen before and he cannot tell every customer that windshields can crack as a result of water, heat, and sitting in the sun and that it is the responsibility of the customer to get things fixed on their own cars. Proceed with caution when working with this company; if anything were to go wrong, they will shift the blame onto you and avoid addressing the issue in a fair, ethical, or courteous manner.

I have had a membership here for years. Every time I have come it’s been a weekday. Today I went on a Sunday because I needed my car cleaned for a trip I’m taking Monday. The pictures show the results. They clearly were trying to rush through on a weekend. Extremely disappointed. Most likely going to change my membership to somewhere else. I made the 30 minute drive here because they used to be worth it.

They did really good on the outside! Really good actually. But the inside was far less attention to details and missed a lot of stuff. For $33 dollars I expected a little more. However, they were very busy so I can understand. But, they misplaced my Keys and didn't tell me my Jeep was done for well over 20 minutes.

I’ve always used them for my truck and they’ve done a great job for a great price. Today I had them do a detail on my bike and I don’t think it’s been this clean since I had it. No reason for me to look anywhere else, jazz is fantastic!

Been here twice. Once for a full interior and exterior, once for exterior only. Both times the SUV came away looking immaculate. Truly outstanding work and worth every penny. Highly recommended from someone who is quite particular about his beloved 4Runner!

I had my truck "shampooed" at Jazz earlier this year. There were rings on the seat after, so they cleaned it again. The truck was garaged, and used maybe 3-4 days per month after that for running errands. Nothing dirty. Three months later I got a little spot on the driver seat. I pulled out my crappy little non-steam cleaner for dog accidents in the house, and cleaned the spot with it. It pulled out so much dirt, I would have never thought the truck had been cleaned. About 2 months after that, I spilled a little soda on the floor mat. When I was removing it, a few drips came off and hit the floor. I pulled out the same crappy spot cleaner, and it got so much dirt from UNDER the floor mat, it looked like diarrhea. (Pictures attached.) I'm not exactly sure what Jazz did with my truck that day it was there, but it definitely wasn't what I paid them to do.

Never go there without an appointment and estimate. If you just drop in when they are busy, a $200 detailing will go for $400. When I was quoted $400 for a car that was actually very clean already, I remembered that earlier this year my home cleaning company charged me $400 for a deep cleaning by two people of my 5 bedroom house - they were there for about 6 hours. Jazz is not a cheap place that's for sure. My rating is based on them doing a good job on my wife's Lexus last year - minus their outrageous pricing for my car this year.

Did the medium quick wash and it was great. I definitely recommend. (1st review) These guys were really good when I started going a couple years ago but as times gone on they are getting a little worse each time I go. I have the best monthly subscription and I’m about to take my business elsewhere. Update: They have been doing a great job lately and I highly recommend them.

WOW! This was worth the $400 to detail my tesla. Jazz was thoughtful in that they collected all personal items in the car and placed them in plastic bags. This enabled them to clean all the nooks and crannies including the center console, which had never been thoroughly cleaned at the previous car wash places, even when I paid several hundred dollars. The care is just about as free of dog hair as is practical considering that my dog has A LOT of hair. The car was more shiny after the clean than it was when I first purchased it. The mats were cleaned and placed in the mat. Post-care instructions are detailed. It is clear they are invested in the end result, and they are confident directing you to do your part in this process. The manager Alvaro is accommodating. If you have a concern (a fair concern) go to him.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my car in for detailing 2.5 weeks ago, and it still feels greasy from the cleaning products they used. The staff applied chemicals directly to the dash sensors—something the owner’s manual specifically warns against. I expected a professional detailing service to know how to properly care for a vehicle, but that was not the case here. There was also a scratch on the hood (which they did buff out after I pointed it out), wax residue left across the exterior, and the interior screen was left smeared with product buildup. My husband ultimately had to purchase a specialized cleaner to remove it. Overall, this experience fell far short of what I would expect from a professional detailing company.

I've been using Jazz for years for my personal and business vehicles. The hand wash service they offer is excellent for larger vehicles. The team is great and go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

Paid for a $75 hand wash and felt robbed. Just relocated from Miami where we have hand car washes everywhere. I found Jazz’s car wash and thought let’s check it out as my SUV needed a wash being that we drove from Miami. $75 later my car was STILL dirty, not vacuumed whatsoever, the mats were not cleaned, the side view mirrors still had water stains and dirt, the tire/rims were not cleaned at all, the back of the car was not cleaned properly. I’m very disappointed, $75 for a car wash and to not have it done even remotely correct makes you feel robbed. I ended up having to go to a gas station to vacuum my car properly. Very unprofessional, and should NOT be charging $75 for a less than decent car wash.

Paid 52$ for the best wash with seat cleaning. Could have done a better job myself with 10 minutes at the self serve car wash. dust is still everywhere in the car and they didn’t touch the seats. Had to clean it myself right after

Used to be my pick for car cleaning but has gone downhill recently. The interior cleaning is poor. I asked for the seat and mat cleaning and both looked like they weren’t touched. The center console also wasn’t cleaned. So that was $52 to basically get the outside of the car washed in the drive through and the interior vacuumed. Everyone is nice and I wish I had a better review. I probably won’t be back, though, since I had to take the car home and clean the interior again myself.

I got the $115 express detail, and was very satisfied until I got home and realized there were major exterior details and cleaning that was overlooked or done “the quick way”. I had to do the rest of the wheel work myself to make sure my wheels were clean. Under my spoiler and the trunk of the car was still very dirty. For $115, I am expecting pretty detailed and precise work. I can’t reccomend after my first time going here.

I love this place. Been coming here for a decade with different cars I’ve owned over the years. Reasonably priced and great service. Usually in and out pretty quick depending on how busy they are. Recently I had a minor issue with a couple things I felt they could have done a little better job with. Granted, I was there on a Sunday afternoon, they were really busy, and my car was filthy from a long weekend in the mountains. Understandable. I called and told them what happened, and they had me come back and rewashed it. No charge and no questions asked. That is the kind of service we all want and need. Showing a little grace to one another in life can go a long way. This will always be my go to car wash.
