Your remodel on Richardson is great glad you opened. Your other 2 locations I would have gave a negative. Location on Richardson been going 10 plus years no complaints the two locations in commerce they don’t spray your car and put you through super close to car in front of you. My jeep hit the little car in front cause they were put through super close. Not good. If Richardson did not reopen soon I was going to cancel.membership. Should feel safe going through your car wash also should spray car first not shove cars through super close. Richard does right.

Was and is the best car wash. They fully remodeled. Only downside is cars are really close and they jam pack them so my car got hit inside the wash at the end due to a long line at the towel dry line.

Stay away! My truck ended up no cleaner and ALL SCRATCHED UP after a $15 wash. Save the money, go elsewhere. Please switch your drying towels!! Very dirty leaving many streaks.

This might be the worst run, horribly staffed car wash (or service business of any kind) I have ever experienced. I would avoid this place, and Jax in particular after investing hours trying to sort out their service issues with their office and being dumb enough to give them a second chance. Signing up for the unlimited club - they then shut down the place FOR MONTHS and didn't refund the money. Now they have a line out to the road and the home computer doesn't sync with your plate and even when you pay they try to get you to re sign up again or leave by cutting through the two lanes of traffic. Like some weird shakedown for money because their computers don't work. Horrible.

I enjoy having the monthly payment option, although a little high considering how often I use it. One thing I would like to mention is that I feel rushed when entering the wash. This is not good when the guy(s) drying at the end get backed up sometimes. And if you pause pulling in, the employee is pushing you to pull in. They could use more time brushing the front and, certainly, that back of your vehicle. I understand that there could be quite a line of vehicles sometimes, but most of the time it is not that busy and they could take that extra time taking care of you. Thank you.

After not being able to wash my car for a couple of weeks due to the weather, I went in on Sunday and couldn’t wait to get there. They were packed because everybody was there and trying to get all the salt and dirt off their vehicles I went through and it was all fine and dandy I get home my husband‘s in the driveway and he said did you get your car washed? I said yeah he said they didn’t get the stuff by your wheels. I had big chunks of snow and ice on every wheel. He said that’s terrible and I have an almost everything membership. My husband has a membership at Zack‘s, which is about $12 a month unlimited unlimited, he said to me, you should go back if I hadn’t waited 40 minutes to get in through the line I would have but he spent another hour out there chipping off everything that they forgot to get and I pay almost 35 a month not happy at all I’m

I am happy to see the JaxKarWash on Richardson Road is back online! The new equipment upgrades are doing their jobs! This location is easy to get into due to its large entrance area. The attendants are close by if you need anything. I love the pre-paid option that scans my license plate which make the process of entering much easier and faster.

I really appreciate all the Jax car wash employees that help us keep our vehicles clean during winter! Idk if Jax has an option to wipe door jambs at the locations I go to, if they did… THAT WOULD BE EXTRA AMAZING!!!

Was great, now…not so much. My tires haven’t been “shined” in the last several visits and I have the Almost Everything membership. No sign saying it doesn’t work, just dry ashy tires. Also, the rinse has been turned down or off and I head into the blow dryer with suds all over my car; not cool. The Commerce Township location is MUCH better. C’mon Jax.

Took my car a few days ago to remodeled Jax car wash. My car had minimal amount of snow on it. Car seemed to be pretty clean afterwards. Noticed just little snow left on left front end so only reason for 4 stars and not 5 ...maybe came on off st afterwards.. But mostly happy overall.

Pushy employee pay kiosk attendant. Dosent seem right me when they stand there over you asking if im gonna leave a tip or not after paying an already high price for a basic wash, not to mention, trying to keep selling you on a monthly carwash subscription that I didnt want.. Some people just want to not be bothered and grab a normal carwash without being hounded about spending more money. No auto dryer, some guy with wet dirty rags is how your car is dried. I wont be going back after my first experience here.

Commerce Jax Car Wash genuinely care about the service they provide. It is always a very clean facility and the people are respectful. I highly enjoy my membership. If this particular location were not around I would stop my membership. Other locations just don’t equate in service.

They do a good job. Loved it when I signed up for a subscription a couple years back but monthly fee has doubled. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars. I take my wife's car elsewhere for single wash for $9 and they do a fine job. She doesn't wash enough to justify a subscription.

I was most upset when I learned I couldn’t cancel my account online At any time, I so choose keeping your mind my account Wood carried me to the last day of my billing cycle!! when they closed my car wash for Remodeling I would’ve Light the opportunity to have chosen to cancel or pause my account whichever I felt was necessary, but you have to call their office. Leave a message and wait for a return call which I have not received!! Also, I’m an early morning guy I like getting my car washed early shortly after opening Saturday morning there were no studs Or soap applied to the vehicle, the new brushes inside the Car wash We’re rotatingagainst My new vehicle with no lubrication Being applied to the brushes and vehicle. All the employees have ever dealt with at the kiosk check-in gate have been very professional very accommodating very courteous

This car wash was refurbished over the past few months and it improved my car wash experience greatly. Personnel are personable and professional. They are quick to assist you with concerns if necessary. I feel I received a better car wash than previously at this location (Corner of Richardson and Union Lake in Commerrce Township). They also provide drying service and vacuums for the interior. Pricing is competitive with other automated car washes in the area. I highly recommend this location for your car washing needs.
