The staff at Jallo Car Wash in Land O Lakes, FL is a well-run business. The employees are professional and extremely courteous to all customers and eager to assist when needed. I pulled up for my weekly wash and was met by a young man named Junior, and he quickly met me at the entrance after he noticed I was at the gate for a minute. He complimented my Jeep and asked me if I needed anything special. I appreciated his time and would like to give a shout-out to Junior and Jallo Car Wash! Thanks for providing a great wash and such wonderful employees!

Great car wash. The others we have used are not even close to this wonderful place. We own an Expedition Max, and it cleans love bugs off like they never were on it. Staff is very friendly and wants to please the customer. Grandkids get excited every time we go. They get candy, and we get bottle water if we want it. Best vacuuming system I've used. 8/9/24 Thanks, great staff, every time we stop in.

By far THE WORST carwash I have ever been to. The brushes almost took both my side mirrors off because of the power, and the pressure of the water was coming through my sunroof but only a small amount Also they have a spray that says “Wild Cherry Air Freshener” it literally has no smell and is just water. Will not be going back. Me and a few other customers were next to each other laughing about how bad it was

Great car wash that provides a quality service with every visit! The staff at Jallo are friendly, hard working, and they're super helpful! Where else can you go to get your car washed and have someone come out and offer you cold water and help you detail your vehicle at no extra charge? Highly recommend! Keep up the good work guys! Update: 03/27/25 Every time I use this car wash, my car comes out of the wash looking amazing! The staff there is super helpful, and someone always helps me dry the car off. Excellent customer service!

The quality of this car wash has gone downhill fast. When they opened they had someone scrub before entering the wash and then when you came out, there was someone that would come over and wipe down the whole car and provide a courtesy water bottle. They also had all the gadgets to clean the inside of your car. Today I went, keep in mind I spent $20 on a wash (which wasn’t noticeably different than the cheapest wash), no one came to wipe down the car afterwards, the girl working the front that was supposed to pre scrub literally just sprayed a little water on my windshield and all of the “add ons” that they advertise right by the vacuums are not there. There is no pressured air to clean ac, no tire pumps just overall seems like they have gotten a little too relaxed. I completely understand that people have bad days but it gets worse every time I stop by, I don’t think I will be going back, unfortunately, because it is in a convenient location for me.

I’m writing this review while I’m still parked at vacuums. This was my first visit and it was phenomenal! The customer service was amazing! The fact that they scrub those target areas beforehand and have someone to dry the excess water off your car afterwards is next level and sets you all a part from the rest! I usually come to the car wash for the vacuums since I have little ones. I always use the skinny ones to get to those hard to reach areas so the fact that you all only have those is a plus for me. I will be back!

The car wash should open at 7:00 A.M. to be more convenient for many more customers who pass by at that time. I arrived at 7:10 A.M., and there were staff working, but they didn’t want to serve me, as they “weren’t open yet”. Their loss.

I've had a membership here for a few months now, and I have no real complaints. This morning I went ahead and paid the extra money for one of the guys to handle the interior for me. 10/10 Highly recommend! Worth every penny for the membership and to have them clean the interior. I'm definitely going to invest in some mats, to make vacuuming easier on myself when I do it and for the guys when they help me. It's a huge plus that they're so close to home, the parkway and Racetrack! Before I forget, because how could I, the guys are so kind and professional 😄

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!! We have repeatedly tried to cancel, and they “can’t find us” in their system. Shocking, because we get billed EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Their equipment damaged our car, and we don’t want to go back again. They say you have to call. Then you call (WHERE THEY *NEVER*ANSWER THE PHONE) and they say you have to log in. Try to make an account, they say we don’t exist! If you want to avoid the hassles and damage “they are not responsible for,” PICK A DIFFERENT CAR WASH!!!!!!!!

Wow!!! The customer service is the best! I have been to multiple car washes including Woodie's and haven't had the level of clean I recieved here. I went through and there was no pressure to buy a membership. Someone was kind to towel dry parts of my car when I parked and even when I went to clean my rubber mats I was assisted. The lot is spotless and my car is shining. I bought only the $25 dollar wash but I will be coming back to become a member. The vacuum power is incredible! I have two dogs and there is not a speck of hair left in my car after their recent vet visit.

Went through their car wash paid $15 was not satisfied with the wash. It did not get my car cleaned not a big deal. Figured I would just go through one more time. Got around to the corner told the manager that I wasn’t satisfied with the week clean my car and he said there’s a bucket and a brush behind you. You can wash it that way horrible Service. I will never return. They will not get another Die with my money and I believe the guy was the GM.

Actually, 4.5 stars out of 5. A good level of clean for the monthly subscription price... The vaccums have great suction power! Also, they have a dedicated mat wash station to clean your floormats. The detailing stations have compressed air and that is useful. The staff keeps the establishment clean. However, they need a more robust pre-wash station/area complete with running water/hoses to rinse off the dirty water after you scrub, and they need "cleaner" water in the soapy water holding tanks. No automatic car wash is going to get everything off your vehicle and so having a sufficient pre wash station (coupled with a little car owner scrubbing) will have every vehicle leaving super clean! Also, more reach with the passenger side vacuum hoses is needed. I have difficulty reaching my rear passenger backseat. The driver's side hoses are long enough. This imbalance is due to the diagonal parking spots in the detailing area. All in all, Links car wash in Land O Lakes on SR-52 gives a good wash for the monthly subscription rate but a solution is needed for the pre-wash station.

Links Car Wash is truly a gem! The facility is spotless, the equipment is always in great condition, and the towels are seriously, amazing quality every time. It’s rare to find a car wash that checks every box, but Links absolutely does. What really sets them apart is the team. Peter is always incredibly kind and personable, and the entire staff consistently goes above and beyond. They keep the towels, window cleaner, and supplies well-stocked. It’s the little details that show how much pride they take in the service. We bring both of our vehicles here on the monthly Ultimate package, and they always come out looking like new with wheels sparkling, paint shining, the works. The only thing I miss is the canopy covers. Florida heat is no joke, and having that shade while vacuuming was a huge plus. Hoping those are brought back before spring. That’ll take Links from amazing to unbeatable. All in all, this place is worth every penny. Highly recommend!
