Half price Tues and Wed. The towels for drying are doled out sparingly. But, they are wet and that makes it easy to clean the inside of windows. This is a drive through only with self service drying and vacuuming. I didn't see any auto detailing available.

Chanel and the rest of the crew are awesome! They are always smiling and happy to see me! Even going out of the way to say hi when I'm in a different lane. I have been going to several other Jackson's Car Washes and they are NOT as nice and friendly as this one on Thomas Rd. We've been to 20th St and Highland, Tatum and Cactus, and Happy Valley Rd near the I17. Thomas Rd is the BEST!

I got a free wash coupon from them and decided to give this new place a try. Their machine scratched my car during the wash (see photos). The manager was nice and agreed to wax and polish my car to remove the scratches. Most of the scratches were fixed but there were two just don’t go away. Very disappointed.

Paid $16 for a wash with spot free rinse. Terrible wash with tons of spots on the windshield and side windows. Returned immediately for a new wash and showed the red head gentleman. He sent me back through for a new wash that was just as bad as the first. Ginger told me that's the best they could do as they didn't have enough employees. I definitely will not be going back.

READ THE REVIEW ABOUT THE PERSON LOSING THEIR MIRROR AND THE CAR WASH TOLD THEM EVERYTHING HAS A LIFE SPAN AND THEY WONT PAY A DIME! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE. THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND NO FACTORY WARRANTY - NO $$$. Now for my review, I have monthly package. Have noticed the washes are getting worse and worse. Car comes out still dirty. Today, my tires didnt even get wet with premium wash. Closing at 6pm is very inconvenient. Employees are starting to play around. They dont even spray my car down anymore pre-wash. Just a squirt to make sure auto wipers are off. Would not recommend this place and feel taken advantage.

If you are lucky enough to meet Carmen you are in for a treat. She is hilarious. I sometimes go out of my way to go to this location even though I live closer to the other one because the people at the others are kind of rude. But at this location they are always awesome.

Lady who takes payment in the drive through is awful. We had to tell her 4 damn times we just wanted a normal wash. Also had a nasty attitude since we didn’t want to upgrade or pay more.

I always come to this location because Juan consistently makes sure everything is well taken care of, there is always clean towels available and the are is always kept clean. You can really tell that Juan takes pride in his work and cares about the costumers. I’ve met Norma only a few times but she is always really kind and is welcoming!
