I hate to be leaving the area and not being able to take these folks and their services/products with me for my two cars. However, I will definitely share an amazing review because this is a small business that deserves it. I’ve been using their services for the past two years and it’s always been five stars. The wash has never damaged my vehicles or the products they use. To note, I have a hard top sedan and a soft top convertible and nothings damaged the paint or the material on the convertible. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the vacuums work well, the towels are always stocked and most importantly, the price is amazing. I would recommend their services again and again for the monthly membership or even for the passing through wash.

This is usually my favorite place to get a car wash. The people are always nice and the wash usually pretty good. However, last time i was there a peice of my car fell off in the wash, the worker nicely went and got it and even tried to put it back onto my car. However the peice didn't stay on and costs alot to replace and we haven't been able to replace it. Today I went there and was just trying to vacuum out my car a little, and a worker approached me and told me the vacuums aren't free, I told him about what happened my last visit and told him that's why I cannot get a wash today, I offered to leave and he said "nah you're good". I vacuum my car out, and when I was done, he reapproched me to tell me that next time "they will not let you get a vacuum unless I buy a wash", to which I said, okay understand, like I had said I couldn't get one today because the peice broke off previously. He then took an attitude and said "you're telling me our car wash did that?", I said yes, I even had to have the worker go into the wash itself to get the peice for me. There is no sign anywhere that vacuums aren't free or that they can only be used with purchase of a wash. I offered the worker the first conversation that if he wanted me to leave I would, I offered it multiple times, but he said I was good. Only to reapproach me to tell me that I will not be allowed to do this again (despite no signage and the fact that this wash is the reason I couldn't get a wash today). I'm honestly just sad, I come out here from caroline county to get my car cleaned and washed regularly, because I like the people and the wash. And the one time I can't get a wash, (because this broke off a peice of my car that would allow water into my car now) this is how I get treated. Came to the wash 10/4 around 10am

Fantastic set up and good equipment. Our car and truck get nice and clean at Jack's. The prices are competitive too. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the parking lot leading in. I feel like the designers could've done a better job on that. That isn't a Jack thing though.

Our go to spot for car washes! We’ve been taking our cars there since they opened and have NEVER had any scratches on our suv or truck. Staff is always friendly. Clean environment. Free vacuum and rags to dry car.

Good people running this place! They are fast to get back to you if there is an issue. And I love how the young guys come up to offer their help. And sometimes I do need it so happy to leave them a nice little tip. Vet owned ... Any time I can help to support our vets, I'm going to make sure my $$ goes to them rather than a competitor.

Since their winter hours, they close early. I've been there at 6:40 and today 6:36. Both times they are closed. Well then change your hours to 6:30 or get on your employees to not close early!

The Drivers Side rear wheel on my 2020 Ram 1500 was irreparably damaged by your equipment. I tried to address this with you and found you to be unwilling to meet your responsibility for damaging my wheel. I will never use your wash again. $784 to replace. Think long and hard before you use Jack’s Car Wash.

Closed during posted hours Again. I have been here several times in the morning just to find out that it is not yet open. Just left there at 8:30am with no one in sight. Google is showing that it is open. I checked Facebook…nothing. It is a good car wash…no issues other than there is no consistency with hours. I understand stuff happens. If they are going to close, posting that closing would be appreciated. Save me the drive….I’d like to be able to get a wash that I pay for monthly during normal hours.

My last time using or recommending this place. I was concerned seeing several NEW signs about not being responsible for damage. Then I come out and my vehicle had been damaged. DO NOT LET YOUR CAR GET RUINED HERE.

Not from this area and the gentleman helping me was super nice and very helpful. He helped me get the best package to get my 4Runner back to looking good. They also have vacuums free of charge to use and cloths available to detail a bit more on your own. Definitely will be back.

The staff are very friendly and we're willing to explain all their options since it was my first time there. Decided to go with the most expensive option and wasn't dissapointed. Car came out as spotless as can be for an automatic car wash. They have scrub brushes for hard to clean areas and the staff washed my windshield prior to the wash. Only area that wasn't clean was inside the wheel well, but that's one of those areas you just need to clean yourself(don't know any car wash that hits that). Fantastic service and wash. Look forward to getting a membership.

I will never bring my car here again. New to the area, chose this place for the reviews and because they had the underwash which was the selling point. A brand new 2024 car this car wash took the paint off my car in several places. Maybe its normal to not have attendants on Saturday but there was no one there to help and I see why they have all the disclaimers. Very deep scratches in several places that were not there as I intentionally looked. I’m incredibly frustrated. And my car didn’t dry at all still foam in the door. I just can’t. But who cares about a bad wash when it scratched up my brand new car in multiple places. I was there 8/17/24 b/n 12 pm - 1 pm

Jack's is a wonderful car wash. I have the $35/mo Jack's Special and it's worth every penny. I have a white 5.0 GT so I like it looking nice, but I've found other places leaving grease marks down the side of the car or not getting everything off... Jack's I've had 0 issues with. The wash does a great job but the microfiber towels waiting for you afterwards by the vaccuums are just another level of convenience, and very much appreciated. As an additional bonus, the staff and owners have been very friendly and engaging in conversation/helping with cars after the wash. All-around great experience.

I take back my previous review. I don't know how to remove or edit. New fan installed on left lane. Dry towels available in case you forgot yours and they always help you clean you wheels and dry after the wash. No one else does that. Great service!!!

I’ve been using this car wash since I moved to the area back in 2018. It is no longer under its original ownership, and has gone way down hill. A few weeks back I took my truck through and the sides got scratched up (photo for reference). I thought it was just a one off incident so I decided to take it back through today. While I was drying it off, I noticed fresh new scratches this time all over the roof. I added a picture for reference. Staff seemed more eager to get cashed out for their tips rather than be upset that their wash had just scratched up what I can only assume is another car. I understand I have a truck and it’s going to get scratched up, but I would rather put them on myself having fun, than getting them from a simple car wash. Be careful taking your vehicles here.
