So I understand you are not j&s autohaus but I went to look at a car you have listed on your website for j&s Mitsubishi and kinda felt like I was being scammed . You have a used car listed for 17,395 on several car websites.I went there to test drive the car and I believe Emad said price was a misprint, he would not honor the price ,not to mention he said the doc and dmv fees and taxes were almost 3,000.. I bought the same exact car a year ago (no trade in )and taxes and dmv fees were less then 1700 . So a car that was listed at 17,395 was close to 22,000 out the door . Emad asked well how much are you approved for ? It was a big turn off , It was insane.. He also said something about destination charge . Just think as a real dealer if you’re going to list something be honest . I was not going to write the review until I saw it listed again 3 separate websites all the same thing and the reason behind it is because it would be overpriced if you put your real price in . They try to get you in the door just to shit on you and waist your time. This could have been an easy sale ,already had my financing in place with a check in hand

I purchased the model Y and I’m very happy with my purchase! I started the day with a bad experience with a different dealership so when I arrived at J&S Mitsubishi I already had a chip on my shoulder. Tony my sales agent completely turned my day around 👏🙂 Tony assured me over the phone, that the car I wanted was there and the web price was the real purchase price. When I arrived everything was as he said, service was fast and efficient. I’ve been through this process 4 times in my life but this time was the smoothest. I loved getting exactly what I wanted to pay for, I hate trying to be talked into something I don’t want, I didn’t experience that with Tony! The experience at J&S was wonderful from the beginning. I sent a message through their website inquiring about a vehicle. Lena Nova got back to me right away and helped me schedule an appointment. I then got in touch with Tony, who stayed in touch with me during my 4 hour commute to the dealership to let me know if the vehicle sold during my drive. He was also very compassionate and ensured we would have no issues driving back to Massachusetts from New Jersey with the new vehicle. Abe from insurance was fantastic. He was able to get me a lower rate on financing than I thought I would receive. Both Abe and Tony stayed after hours to ensure a smooth transition with trading in my old vehicle and bringing home the new one. Highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I had one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve ever encountered at J&S Autohaus, specifically with Eli Abifadel. I arrived with a bank pre-approval in hand and drove over two hours from Virginia to New Jersey, which the dealership was fully aware of ahead of time. Despite this, there was zero courtesy, urgency, or motivation to sell a vehicle. Upon arrival, the salesperson did not acknowledge us, showed no interest, and acted as if I were doing him a favor and as it my presence was an inconvenience. It genuinely felt like he assumed I was just there to hand him a check and leave—he even had temporary tags already on the car, as if I came to pick up his Doordash order and bounce. The vehicle itself was not properly detailed, had loose cupholders, and did not even come with a genuine Cadillac key, which is unacceptable at this price point. Most concerning of all, the odometer was approximately 3,000 miles LOWER than what Carfax reported—a serious issue that can affect resale value, title documentation, and future ownership concerns. When I calmly raised this discrepancy, the salesperson’s attitude became dismissive and unprofessional like I was negotiating on banana’s and vegetables in some Bazaar in Egypt. Instead of offering an explanation or solution, the response was essentially “take it or leave it.” There was no attempt to listen, resolve the issue, or acknowledge the legitimate concern about mileage discrepancies and their long-term consequences. This dealership may look polished on TikTok or YouTube, but real-world customer service at this location tells a very different story. Based on my experience, professionalism, transparency, and basic respect for a serious buyer were completely lacking. It seemed like the staff was hired fresh off the boat with zero decency and expertise on how to sell a vehicle - typical back home mentality. I strongly recommend buyers think twice before making a long trip or assuming they’ll receive the level of service advertised online.

When I say I have been searching for a this car for months it’s been MONTHS. I knew what packages, trims, rims, calipers, everything I wanted. Found this car the second it was posted.
