Paid for the paradise wash and was very disappointed. Half the car is still very dirty, the vacuums had very little suction (I checked 2 different vacuums to be sure). I wanted to give it 3 stars because the person that helped me when I paid was very kind, but I’m there to get my car washed. The wash deserved 1 star.

We moved recently from the San Francisco Bay Area & I happened upon this lovely car wash. The Manager Jacob greeted me & was so wonderful kind and professional, I signed up right away for a monthly car wash membership. I came back through again today, Jacob was there again with a big warm smile & I had the opportunity to meet his brother Devon who is also a Manager who jumped in right away to help me with an issue I was having with my car (he’s mechanical!) Albert who has washed our cars has provided top level service. Highly recommend this spot for all your car wash needs & their “speed pass”!

When I went thru this car wash on 09/05/24, there was a lot of soap that was not rinsed off . The dryers don’t halfway dry the car. I drive a 2022 Rav 4. when i got this vehicle I cancelled my monthly plan at that car wash after a couple uses and decided to wash it myself. Was going out of town and decided to run thru this car wash . When I had to dry off because of soap not rinsed off the top I noticed there are red scratches on both racks on top. They have not been there the whole time I have been washing my car. The guy that was running the car wash took my name and number, took pictures and said he would give it to the manager. He would call me. He never called me. I could never get through to a person or machine with the number I had on the receipt. I went up there today and he said there is no way that his machines or cleaners would’ve left those marks on my car. I am just advising you to check your car afterwards or be cautious of running through that car wash because I am stuck now, and I do not know if it has totally scratched through the paint or not. Proceed with caution.

Another car wash that states they're open on Monday, but when you show up, they're completely closed. The place looks like they're even out of business. So why don't you just take the time to update your google business information So you don't waste customers' time?

The car wash was great, and the staff did an excellent job. However, the landscaping and overall upkeep of the property are in poor condition. I even found myself wondering if the business was open. The property used to look immaculate, but it no longer has that same well-maintained appearance.

It’s the small things that matter. Conan cleaned my car with care and he wanted to make my car looks nice. He took time to clean the bugs off the front and showed that he wanted me to be happy with service. His helpful attitude is a absolute winner! Absolutely loved it! They hosted a haunted car wash event with some of the proceeds going to charity. There were cars lined up down the street to get in. They handed out goodie bags and had people dressed in costume to add to the spooky vibe. I hope they do this again next year. My kids and I really enjoyed it!

The guys there did an exceptional job. My car doesn't fit in the express machine given how low it is and Rita hand washed it for me. I'm really thankful 'cause I was in the middle of a 10 hour roadtrip from South Carolina and the hasn't been washed in nearly 3 months. And yes, that is a McLaren. I think your car is going to be fine

In my opinion the situation was handled poorly. The service wasn’t completed properly, and the customer had to reach out on their own to get any follow-up. The manager offered a free service, which was declined, and said a refund would arrive in 3–5 days. Then he asked for the review to be marked “resolved,” even though nothing had been fixed yet. To me, that felt unprofessional and inappropriate.

Brought car in for inside detailing. Windshield has streak senate back window was never both dashes are dusty.the center council has some kind of white stuff on it.That wasn't there before. The door jam has scratches in it now, which we're not there before and to add insult to injury, I've been trying for over a day to get ahold of somebody to try to get this problem rectified, and not leave a negative review. But nobody will answer the phone.

Great wash, takes less than 5 min,clean car and facility with VACUUMS that work GREAT. Not to mention the best customer service around but the UNLIMITED plans are the way to go. They are temporarily doing details and full service washes at this location I've heard so by far the best wash in town!

I came through get a simple wash with a vacuum. The wash was not very good. I’ve had better at every other spot that does carwashes. And it was 32 dollars, I was told someone would vacuum and wipe down on the inside and outside for me but nobody arrived so I did it myself. Would not recommend .

By far, the best automated car wash in Jacksonville. I got the unlimited "Paradise" package, and I couldn't be happier. It gets everything. From the wheels to the luggage rack. Everything looks brand-new every time I pull out. The employees are awesome. Always personable, cheerful.. I had been going to Zips Car Wash for about a year, I thought they were good, but I will never go back after experiencing Island Time Car Wash.. 100% happy, satisfied customer..👍👍👍
