5 stars for customer service! I showed up early on a Friday morning and they opened up the waiting room up for me so I could sit (I had a leg injury and was in a boot), so that was super nice of them to do. KT was very nice and super accommodating, he got my car detailing job going early because he knew I had to get on the road for a conference. They called me when my car was ready, and on pickup everyone was very nice. The detailing job was great on the inside (a heck of a lot better than I could ever do), my WeatherTech mats were shiny and cleaned, the carpet looked brand new, my leather seats were shiny, all of the crumbs from my children were gone, etc. The car wash (which was through the automated system) probably could have paid a little closer attention to detail on the back of my car (it was still a little dirty around the emblem, back window, and license plate), but what I cared about most was the inside since it was scheduled to rain the next day anyways. I will definitely be going back.

Do NOT use this car wash! I took my car through the car wash and it pulled my bumper off. I have had zero issues with my bumper! I filed an incident report and corporate denied it. I've tried calling back several different times and it goes straight to their answering service. The answering service tells me that they will return my call in 24-48 hours. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything back from them. I am just shocked that the car wash didn't even try to compensate for anything! Their car wash is now costing me $700 and they aren't doing anything but turning a blind eye! Do not use their services!

Just left this car wash and wasted 50 on a wash and my car didn’t even get clean through the machine. Soon as you pull up they asking you to spend $200 . They said the wait was 2 hours for a clean on the inside. I would never come back to this place they are rude and try to take your money without cleaning your car good . I could have used that 50 to feed myself. They even took the paint off my car I see a lot of people cars get damage coming to this place .

The first time came here today and got a detailing wash for my car. They were busy at that moment. I waited longer than expected but I am happy with the great job. You can also choose scents which is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Chris on the operations side, and all the ladies handling admin each time I've needed to go into the office, have been phenomenal! The variety of wash package levels (at least 4-5 I think) will suit anyone's needs, the towel stations and free vacuum after the wash/blower are great to self-dry those last few spots, and I'm looking forward to trying out their detailing options this summer. Just a customer that likes rewarding great service and attitudes, and a good review is free for me, so why not? Highly recommended!

Had a disappointing experience with this car wash and detailing service. Arrived on a Saturday, purchased two services, but was given the option to return on Monday due to a 3-4 hour wait, understandable. Upon returning on Monday, encountered laid-back staff who seemed uninterested in assisting. Dropped off the car at 2 pm, with a promised 30-minute wait before they could start, and 35 minutes per service. They said I could pick it up by 3:30-4PM. However, the car wasn't ready until 5:15 pm, well beyond the committed time. They explained there were staff shortages, which I can understand but then the service fell short despite additional 75mins. I had previously emptied the car to make it easier and quicker for them. The interior still had dust, marks under the seats were ignored, and there was a lack of apologetic response. Another customer waiting also shared similar experiences. Suggested improvements include friendlier front staff for check-ins and updates, as well as implementing quality control before returning vehicles to customers. Uncertain if such measures are already in place.

Don't take your car here. I had my 2022 Camaro waxed on August 6. They scratched my car in 5 different spots. The scratches are deep enough that they cannot be buffed out. The whole panels will need to be repainted in order to fix the scratches. They have refused to help in anyway to repair the car. I cannot get anyone from their corporate office to contact me.

09/18/2020 I pulled in to get the 40$ detail. Not sure what they used to clean my truck but I cant seem to get these chemical stains out on the side door. I also have streaks all over my truck and I attached a picture to show how bad. I have had better results on the exterior just by driving through the car washes at gas stations. I selected a detail package and received the opposite of a detail. Being that this business is a car wash there is just no excuse for streaks or staining from chemicals. This was my third time using this establishment. I plan on calling them to see if they want the opportunity to fix this, and provide the service that I paid for. If they choose not to I will not be going back there again.

I recently had my car detailed at the Rayford location and frankly they didn't do any better than a regular (cheaper) car wash. Several areas around trim had obviously not been detailed and one wheel wasnt cleaned. Considering there was a 3 hour wait they should have done a much better job. I have used the iShine on Westheimer and they did an awesome job. I tipped $20 too before I looked at the vehicle. Not impressed. The windshield was so bad on the inside, I had to clean it myself.

This quick car wash is the BEST and the most reasonable car wash around!! They hand scrub the bugs off before you go through and the basic wash is only $7!!! Free vacuums of course! The staff is always friendly and they even dried my car for free!! Way better then ducky.

I visited today for a car wash and opted for the Interior Superclean package, which I’ve used gotten many times before. However, today was very disappointing. When I got home and began reinstalling the car seats, I noticed the backseat hadn’t been cleaned at all. It was visibly dirty with spills from milk and juice. I returned to address the issue, but the staff informed me that the interior cleaning doesn’t include cleaning the seats and focuses more on the plastic and hardware (which were still dirty) I explained that all the seats needed was a simple wipe with a damp towel to remove the spills, but they still refused to clean them and told me all they do is a “light wipe.” I got my car back only slightly cleaner than when I dropped it off. They didn’t offer to fix the issue or provide any resolution, which was frustrating. I paid specifically to have the interior cleaned, and I shouldn’t have to go home and finish the job myself. If you’re considering the Interior Superclean package, I would advise against it—it’s a waste of money. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be returning to this place again.

I have a monthly package for both our cars. Find the wash to work well and the guys are happy to pre wash / spray anything you ask for. Also use their interior services - clean and leather treatment. Best to do both. I talk with Jamal and he listens to what one is wanting and also ensures the vehicle looks good. Second treatment of my interior and with 14000 miles looks and feels like new. Happy to have found IShine car wash.

I went to get my car washed with absolutely no knowledge of how to put my car in neutral and the young African American staff member with long hair was so patient and kind as I panicked. Car washes give me so much anxiety but the staff were so understanding. I vacuumed my car on my own (6 months pregnant) until it got dark and felt completely safe in the area. The free towels were so useful for everything from the windows to scrubbing my seatbelt. I just used an old water bottle for stains and it did the trick! I am so happy with the results 👏🏽

I love this car wash- there are always clean and dry towels available (as long as you go inside) and plenty of vacuum stalls. I wish they did an hourly sweep of the stalls to check (and correct) the suction on the vacuums and replenish towels. The detailing package is SO worth the price- excellent job.
