We paid $26.99 and got in the car and realized finger prints all over the TV screen.. Dirt and crumbs around the shifter and part of the back floor still dirty.. I won't be returning...

Prices are very reasonable. Service can take very long. It's 100% hand wash. They can only do about 3 cars at a time.

Okay I have two vehicles, I don't take them anywhere else. My brother came to visit from Fresno, he's still talking about it. The lines are always long.... Because the service is TOP NOTCH, you will not get a better personal touch. I am there if not every week, every other... Don't forget I have two cars, I bring one, if I don't make it back the same day I will come back before the weekend end

Love, love, love, love, love this car wash!!! They ALWAYS do a thorough job on my car, and they are ALWAYS friendly!!! When it's hot and/or the weekends, expect a line, but it's worth it!!! 100% handwash and dry, and vacuum inside including trunk if you ask. Tip them well, they deserve it!!!

Our go-to Car Wash since 2009. It's all hand done and it's done to a pretty good standard. Reasonable and staff is always smiling. Never had any problems. Prices have gone up, but that is the case everywhere. Still a good deal for the level of service.

Service was friendly and quick! The person who answers calls was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The staff doing the cleaning, work well and seem to be a strong team which could be noted by the efficiency and time in which the cars were being cleaned. Prices are good. My car looked great inside and outside! I was pleasantly surprised.

Over charge for a below average car wash and interior cleaning, not returning to this location again. I can get a 8 dollar wash myself that is way better than this low quality location, disappointing after reading the high ratings. They dirty my inside rather than clean it. I didn't have the stain until I got my car back, so sad how sloppy this place is and the place reflects the service, should have seen the red flag. 😑

I’ve taken 3 vehicles to this place and they do not disappoint in quality of work and price. They did a buff and polish on all 3 of my vehicles and took out some scratches and marks I think didn’t think could be possible for that price.

First time back since pandemic. Was my go to near work for my vet because it’s 100% hand wash and no rails to scratch rims. Prices have gone up like everywhere else, but service was quick and friendly. The guys even remembered me after 3 years!!! How’s that for service. I often see police cars get washed there, as I did this time, so that does say something about quality. I really like this place, but realized the prices I was paying for at home cars washes was about the same. What to do. Will likely try and give both my business depending on schedules and when I’m at work or not. Give this little hidden mom and pop business a shot.

I firmly believe I am being generous by giving this establishment two stars. This is my second time coming and there won't be a third time. Let's start with the Pro's: 1. They open daily and on time, so when Azusa car wash and the automatic car wash down the street are closed, this is my only option within a 5-10 mile radius. 2. 100% hand wash is true. The Con's: 1. I understand there needs to be an extra charge since I drive a large SUV, but a $6 increase! So be aware of that. 2. Add an extra $1.50 surcharge for using your credit or debit card! That's an extra $7.50 in charges!!! 3. The actual quality: the wash quality varies, depending on the amount of workers that decided to show up. My first wash was very quick, because they appeared short-staffed. My second wash, due to having more staffing, my vehicle was more thoroughly washed. 4. The drying of my vehicle both times was straight garbage. I understand, I have a large SUV; however, I soon as I left the establishment, water started rolling down from the roof on all sides. Conclusion: With the current environment, most car wash business are struggling especially with staffing; however, this would be the time to "throw a bone" to their customers in the form of decreasing their extra charges to keep their customers business. Specifically with this establishment, the quality for the cost is LACKING. I recommend you take your business elsewhere or wash your car on your own.
