I took my Toyota truck to Neal to detail as he had told me what a wonderful job he would be able to do in cleaning and waxing it. When I got there he did not have time (but did not tell me so) and passed my truck off to one of his workers to clean. He scratched the paint and put burn marks in the paint. I was not impressed and will not use his services again. It may be that he does a great job, however, the guy who worked on my truck did not.
