It was horrible they left my truck dirty still with water spots Myron were filthy had to come home and clean them myself I will never recommend this place it's not even one star and I even tip them good

Car was not vacuumed completely. Outside of vehicle was not thoroughly wiped down. Front and back windows were still dirty and streaks everywhere. Wait time was 4 hrs.

Not very friendly. They went from $30 to $31 because of card. Why not say that first. Doesn't even look like they touched the tires. May not be back

They charged me 250 for inside outside clean, whatever my car was dirty, took 5 hours and they didn't wash it yet...told them not to worry about washing it...they ONLY took off 20 dollars and honestly it's ok I guess but I won't be going back...that price was ridiculous

Just dropped off my GMC Sierra, 65 bucks. I'll update and see how they do when I pick it up. Picked it up and it looks great, inside and out. Wheel well was cleaned which caught my eye. Recommend and happy with results, thanks incredibles.

Not very happy. $65.00 detail. I have leather seats and they were not wiped down good. Outside still has dirt splatters by the tire that were old from before I dropped it off. Windows were still dirty and had streaks everywhere. Just not a good quality detail. Looks very rushed. Will not be back for that price.

Brought our truck in to get washed and while my truck had water spots all over it, it wasn’t excessively dirty they wanted to charge me $85 instead of $65 because they claimed it was excessively dirty. I showed up to pick it up it’s covered in water spots and looked terrible. I stuck around to watch how they were washing it for the second time and all they used was a pressure washer which is the reason why my truck was not coming clean. When I said something to the guy on site, he called the manager and the manager sent me away with a wet vehicle and wasted half of my Saturday. We’ve been using these guys since they’ve been open and we will no longer bring any of our vehicles back. They’ve always done a halfway decent job but it’s convenient for we live but now that Ponchos is cleaning cars again we will not use this place.

I've taken my vehicles here for a while and the attention to cleaning detail has gone down hill. Today was it for me. I took a truck in today and the results were definitely substandard for the $55.00 paid to clean it. Totally missed areas vacuuming, wiping and window cleaning. To top it off, you literally get "asked" to tip by the head dude. Annoys me to be asked. I'm paying for a service that has a stated cost. Why would I tip over that? For a good job? Aren't you supposed to do a good job cleaning so you get return service? Do better work!

Pros: Price was descent for wash and armor all package. Interior was done almost perfect to my satisfaction but it wasn't filthy to begin with. Cons: I asked for no tire dressing on my tires yet it was sprayed on anyway. One of my back rims wasn't even washed yet tire dressing was sprayed on the tire. Interior dressing got on the inside of 3 widows which made them foggy and wasn't cleaned off. I left there and noticed it while at the store so I went to a carwash to get the dressing off the tires and got home and cleaned the inside 3 windows. Overall it was a descent experience but just wish they put more effort into cleaning my rims and following customer directions on what they want and what they don't want. I will return but will be more observant before leaving.

They used to be good. But I paid $45 for inside and out to be washed. They did a good job on the outside but terrible on the inside. See the pictures. Last time I will be going here.

Came here because a friend got hers done here and it looked great, wish I could say the same about my car. I asked for inside outside detail and the lady said $40 but didn’t even explain to me what that would entail and the sign on the building wasn’t a correct description. It says that it included a leather conditioner but I wasn’t given that because I was “supposed to ask” even though they charged me without offering. The manager was nice and said I could come back, but honestly the lady was so rude I don’t even want to go back. They did not even allow me to check the car before paying, probably because they don’t care about their customer satisfaction. Horrible experience and such a waste of money! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere who cares about there work and customers.
