Went yesterday first time took my money and didn’t wash my car. There are no employees there to help and no phone number to call anyone what a bunch of bull. I’m so mad now I have to call my bank and file a claim to get my money back!!!!!!!

I got the middle option and it did an excellent job! This was about a week ago, not a month ago so maybe they had not yet officially opened. I’m hoping this does not happen to me next time and I definitely hope everyone who lost money gets a refund!

First time ever trying this car wash. We got the most expensive wash option they offer, $18! And it did NOTHING! Didnt even wet our vehicle. Extremely unhappy with this place.. I will not recommend.

Imperial Car Wash is easy, convenient, and does a great job! I was very impressed with the car wash I received last week and thought the experience was straightforward and cleaned my car extensively. I will be returning again and again!

I used this place today 7-9-25 at around 11:50 am the car wash part was not that great, spotty patches left dirty but the bigger deal was their vending machine I put over 8.00 in to get a sham towel and that never dropped out then a blue towel that almost dropped out then a tire cleaner that also almost dropped out they all got stuck and nobody around to talk to or help not 1 sign saying call here for help! Very disappointing and I will never use this place again that's for sure. 18.00 for the top package car wash and another 8 dollars for merchandise I did not receive26. 00 for a dirty car and items stuck in machine that I paid for.

Barely any soap. Dryer was broken for the touchless bay. There were grocery bags stuck on the intake. Tried to call to inform them and request a refund, left a message. Will contest the charge I guess. Such a let down, was excited that they finally opened, but there are several other choices nearby.
