I would not recommend this place for anything. My husband talked with them they made an appointment 3 weeks out for two days to buff out and polish his semi. They stated it needs to be there monday and Tuesday the truck never moved we went monday to get some things out of the truck and some to the office lady nothing was said. Tuesday we notice the truck hasn't moved so my husband stops by there to see i was on the phone with him. The first thing he is told is "to just take it down the road I don't have time" then proceeds to get told that you can't pay someone to do something they don't want to do. Very rude people there that is no way to do business you book an appointment keep it. Hope this helps people.

I had them detail my truck before i sold it. Was supposed to cost around $250. Total bill was $850. They called me when they had my truck half done and said "well the bill went up. Its going to cost more. Do you want me to stop now or finish the job?" Well i didnt have a choice did I, Couldnt leave the truck half done. The buyer was waiting for the truck. I complained to the nice lady at front desk. She said the owner would call me to sort it all out. I call multiple times. Never answered or called back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

A friend of mine called me to look at his car that hops detailed. One of the kids that they let drive the cars wrecked it. Very rare valuable car worth around a $100,000. Minor front end damage that could be 10-20,000 to repair. If you want kids ram around with your car go ahead and take it there. I would highly recommend not going.

I got my husband a gift certificate to get his truck detailed. The truck was quite the mess inside. I didn’t think they would be able to do much with the carpeting especially. He and I were very happy with the job! Not only was the interior very clean but they also did the engine and outside. The rims were so nicely done too. All looks great and we are very pleased with all the work that was done.

HOPS is by far the best detail shop in the area HANDS DOWN!! We've used them for many years and have never been disappointed, they've gone above and beyond every single time. My Jeep has always came back to me looking like brand new, actually probably better than brand new 😍 My husband also has his personal truck and our business trucks detailed here as well and it seriously amazes us how clean our landscape trucks are when we pick them up. We highly recommend this place without a single doubt. They deserve more than 5 stars.🙌🏻

I have had a Hops do a few cars for me as well as referred more than a few friends to them. Never had an issue with them, they are way overpriced but I believe you get what you pay for. Initially I was a big fan of them but recently that has changed. The last time I used them I brought my truck which they charge 300 dollars for, steep right? I think, bigger car more money? Makes sense. Until I get it home and check out the bed. There was still loose dirt and leafs from when I dropped it off. I have a cover and didnt think to check. Obviously they missed the bed. Not a big deal, I figure they will either do a real detail job in the bed later or just reimburse me some cash, either way is fine. I called the next day and they said I had to bring the tuck in before 4pm and show Joe to prove it wasn't done. Fine. So I leave work early to show Joe the bed and when I get there Joe is out. (Happy birthday btw). So I left and said I would be back the next week when he was in, now I'm getting frustrated. When I take it back a few days later Joe and Hop are outside so I'm thinking great! This should be quick. As soon as I get out of the car I open the back and it's obvious little if anything was done back there. He said he would sweep it out but offered no other resolve. I told hop I was embarrassed to have referred my friends to him if this is the level of service they received. To which he replied "you should be" at this point I left. Needless to say they have lost my business as my referral. The inside of the truck was great and the outside was ok which is why they get two stars. But, for 300 dollars I should have just gone to drive and shine then taken the family out for a nice dinner. I apologize to anyone I have referred to this business if you were treated the way I was. They literally charge twice as much for the same job as anyone else in town so I would expect a little compassion when something as big as a dirty truck bed is missed. I guess the joke is on me. They still charged me 300 dollars and I still have a dirty truck bed. **update** after exchanging emails and being told they would NOT reimburse any amount of money, They read a review I had posted on line and agreed to reimburse me 50 dollars.
