The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have a great selection of hardware and other products. This is one of the largest Ace Hardware stores in Yakima and is in a good location and is very clean and well kept. They are also fast to check out, I have never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Overpriced, customer service is sub par and the cashiers are rude. Selection is terrible unless shopping online, so why even go to the store? Can't return items, overall a nice looking store on the surface but a massive disappointment all around. F-

Fabulous customer service! I noticed one employee stationed at the front directing people to the appropriate aisle, then radioing to the employees in that area whom to look for to help. Bruce helped me with a mower blade issue, and was friendly and efficient…even lifted the mower into my car for me. Five-star service!

Im so disgusted with the prices of your pokemon products. This store is worst then the scalpers when it comes to prices. $79 dollars for a product that has a msrp price of $29 is diabolical. Im a collector of pokemon and its sad when big stores like this mark up prices to an absurd price.

The store is staffed by dad-aged men who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend going here rather than some gigantic corporation like Lowe's or Home Depot. The staff is nicer and better informed and your money stays local.
