Don’t trust this car wash. They crashed my father’s car into a tree and tried to blame the car’s brakes. Neighborhood have complained said this isn’t their first time an irresponsible employee was allowed to operate a customers vehicle . Wasn’t even issued a refund , after they totaled the car . Whatever you do , Never bring your car here , not safe !

A bit pricey for synthetic prices but the car wash makes up for it somewhat. The car wash that comes with oil change could be a bit better if the workers weren’t rushing to get every car into the wash as fast as possible. It was kind of like watching a nascar pit crew, and some missed dirty spots show for it. I know I’m not expecting a car detailing, but skme or the car seems dirtier than when i brought it in See last picture for reference. Waiting area is nice. Being able to watch the cars exterior get cleaned is nice.

They are close by to me, I’ve been coming here for years but lately their service quality has declined. I gave them a try today and was disappointed. I paid $30 and they didn’t vacuum the third row and trunk, didn’t properly clean my car, didn’t buff off dirt from the sides.

i’m gonna be quite honest I’ve came here all my life and all my life coming here. It’s been a disaster. I do not recommend anyone wasting their time to come here. I don’t even understand why I kept coming back, also the staff they have is very unprofessional. They’re not on top of their work. It is very horrible. Can’t even clean a vehicle right when you spend so much money.

I was loyal customer here for over 9 years doing my car washes oil changes. The car was service sucks. I guess employees not getting paid enough. 5 people circling the car and doing nothing just wiping the water. I know only one small guy works hard does his job very well. It was $27 car wash. No wonder why rating is low now. Not coming back for cash and oil change. I have done detailing here not that good.

This is a very bad place to wash a car. I have been here once and I will never go back. It is not worth the money I paid for it. They do not know how to wash a car at all. I really regret coming here.

Worst team, worst cleaning! Disrespectful staff and bad management is there! Even asking cashier and speaking to manager earlier this car wash people are working at their worst! Their rates are not defining their job! I would take its rating to negative! Their charging for the service is extremely high plus they are charging credit card for exaggerated amount of tax and fee!

worker drove my dad’s car 20 feet away hitting another customers car jumping a curb and hit a tree. Apparently this is the second time I was told last time they drove through that exact building. No longer able to work uber. Multiple undocumented untrained workers. Tried claiming “brakes failed” brake failure doesn’t make the car rev and go full throttle into a tree. Very unprofessional horrible experience

I got The Works. Outside of car looks fine. Inside is still filthy. Granted, we have kids and a dog, but other than washing the mats, it looks like nothing happened inside. The handles and seats are still dirty and the trunk was not vacuumed. Inside windows were not washed. I am literally now cleaning the inside of the car myself at home. This was my first time here and I will not be back.

Shocked! Wasn't here in a few years, but decided to go and try it again this morning, I am literally shocked how bad this wash was. Took the Teflon wash (tier 3), when it came out they started cleaning it, 2 guys for around 2 minutes, told one of them that the trunk wasn't vacuumed, he took his towel and wiped the carpet with it... The rest of the interior isn't better. Looked around for a manager but no one to talk too there. In order for me to talk to anyone I would have to stand in line all over. See pics for the horrible "results". (pics don't really justify, as I can't take from windows as the reflection is too strong) Place is a joke, stay away

These guys absolutely suck at washing cars. They use the same dirty rags for every car. They leave a bunch of streaks on the windows and windshield. Stains remain after they wipe down the inside of car. They dont vaccum well enough and dirt stains on side of car. And 30 dollars for a garbage wash is not worth it. Will never bring my car here again.

Very bad service. This was my first time coming to this car wash, and it will be my last. I did not have to wait long, but the quality of the service was disappointing. The vacuuming was not done properly, and the interior still had visible dirt. The floor mats were cleaned, but not completely, and they were left partially dirty. For the price I paid, I expected much better results. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the service and will not be returning or recommending this place to others.

I asked for an exterior wash only, but the staff ignored my request and handled my car very carelessly. They took out the front mats, got them completely wet, and put them back without drying them. Water dripped onto my seats and soaked the carpet underneath. I specifically asked them not to touch the interior or the glass, yet they sprayed water inside, leaving my dashboard wet and dirty. My windshield was clean before, but after their quick wipe it was left with streaks and smudges. They also placed the wet mats back onto the soft carpet and closed the doors as if the job was finished. The washing machine itself and the shampoo seem decent, and the exterior wash is acceptable. However, the service from the staff was very poor, careless, and disappointing. I expected basic attention and respect for my request, but did not receive it.

Both me and my dad have been coming here our whole life, I just got a car wash again and the quality of clean and service was SO SO DIFFERENT than what I am used to. It seems to be new management. They didn’t clean my car AT ALL and employed don’t seem to care. End of an era I guess, need to find a new car wash.

If i could give a 0 star, i would. Dont come here, they dont vacum at all, we got the “rain x teflon” and they did not do what was listed on the price, onlt thing they did was remove the floor mats and just spray water, and they did not wipe the dirst and the dust that was on it. Also, very mean staff.

Good wash for the car. Took about 10 minutes. I pick the $26 version and forgot what it’s called. The result is clean inside and outside. The annoying thing is they forgot to wipe down my windows and it was wet when I got in. It’s totally worth it for the time saved.
