This is the second time that I’ve been disappointed with the service that I paid for at the Clifton Park location. I paid for interior and exterior cleaning along with wheel cleaning and under carriage cleaning. The vacuuming was poor, the wheels definitely were not done and wiping out of other surfaces were not done either. So I’m sure the under carriage was not done either. I also noticed a scratch on the front bumper that I never noticed before. I most definitely will not be going back there ever again.

Not exactly sure why I paid an extra $25 to upgrade my monthly subscription to have the interior cleaned. Cup holder wasn't even touched. Sides of the passenger seats weren't touched. Dashboard is barely wiped and the windshield is so foggy I had to pull over and wipe it down with water myself. If it weren't so busy I'd go back and have them do it again. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone needing interior done. At least the vacuuming is decent.

Get the ultimate unlimited package. Great wash and wax, decent drying job. Quick in and out, easily accessible which is rare in Clifton Park.

I’ve been here multiple times and have noticed scratches on my interior after an inside detail…. Not only that, at a certain point when I had them vacuum my interior my cup holders went missing and they “checked the cameras” and couldn’t see anyone take them… Literally no one else uses my car but me, I don’t go anywhere, no one goes in my car, I take care of my stuff …they were there when I went in lol So at this point, I’m pretty upset that I pay so much for a package and this is what happens to my car while going to this place. Maybe you should hire older help or have someone who can actually take care of the cars that costumers bring in for service. This is super frustrating. I will no longer be getting any kind of interior service from this place once this package expires. Otherwise, the wash is really good! Car comes out super clean looking brand new. I’ll try a different location but each time I go to the one in Clifton park something happens 😒 I paid for an exterior and interior package and don’t even want to use the interior because you guys scratch my steering wheel or do a halfway job on the interior anyways. Don’t recommend the Clifton park location.

Two stars at best. Have had the monthly unlimited inside and out for a few years now. Started out great, but over the past 1-2 years I question why I am paying for this. Just today and once again at the Clifton Park location, went in waited the normal 10 mins for my truck to be done, which is fine. Got in and drove away only to notice dust on the dash and in cupholders. Seats were clearly never wiped down. Still had small items of trash they normally throw away. Appears as if the only thing done right today was vacuuming the floor mats. I got home and spent 15 minutes wiping down myself and getting more frustrated by what I saw and why I am paying for this. Will be canceling.

Went to there this morning to get my car clean since my toddler spill juice and foods everywhere. Had the ultimate car wash beside vacuum and exterior wash nothing much was done. Waste of money. Don’t understand why are they opening another location here when they can’t hardly clean your car for the price you paid. We really another competition over here like yesterday. It’s unacceptable the amount of money you spent for the bare minimum service you receive.

I bought the most expensive inside and outside wash they offered me for $50, yet they don’t know how to remove the bugs on my front bumper nor can they clean the windshield and rear window properly. This has happened twice now.

I went to Hoffmans last weekend and paid for interior and exterior full cleaning. After they were done, my car was still disgusting. It was as if they never even attempted to clean out the interior. I contacted them via their support page hoping they would rectify the situation. They have not replied to me in over a week, so that is why I am making this post. The photographs speak for themselves. extremely unsatisfied customer

We paid for a full inside/out clean. They did a terrible job on the inside. They even took candy from our console. All of the windows look like crap. And my husband had to have them re-wipe down the outside of the driver's door. You justify lost a customer.

Rarely do I get a thorough car wash. The cost is $47. I feel that for that rate, you should get the best car wash ever. It is the highest I've paid at any city, which is fine if the value is there. Leather seats still wet, not properly vacuumed, lacks attention to detail.

Interior and Exterior services available, for a price. And that price is, around $55. Yeah, if you want the interior and exterior offerings, be prepared to fork over half a grand. However, you need to weight the alternatives. You can pay the premium and get it done here by trained staff, you can do it yourself at the cost of your time and maybe a little less cash buying the armor-all and scented spray, or you can just not get it done and leave the car as-is again for another few months. I was a little surprised at the cost, but in the words of a very wise man "it is, what it is." Sat inside for around 10 minutes, which was plenty of time for the car to be vacuumed out, wiped down, washed, and dried. Amusingly while I was waiting, the power went out to the facility, causing all the PCs to reset and that meant anyone getting an inspection done had to sit around for an extra 30 minutes; whoops. Not me though. As for the result, well, it was alright. The interior was clean, but they didn't spray down the interior windshield like they do in Schenectady's Hoffman. Plus, there were still stuck on bug splats on the front of the car that I could remove just by running a finger nail across them. Think those machines need to put a little more robo-elbow-grease into it, if I can still out do them with a fist-full of quarters. Being honest here, but I think the outcome was less than ideal for the price. Seemed pretty average to me, roughly $35 maybe $40? But not $50 or higher. Think I'll stick to the free vacuums and doing the inside cleaning myself.

Paid for a full detail and they somehow skipped vacuuming the doors, under the radio, and the cup holders—like, the most obvious spots?? What exactly did I pay for? Looked nice at a glance but once I sat inside, it was clear they just did the bare minimum. Wouldn’t recommend.

Wanted to surprise my Dad with a full interior detail on his red Toyota Tundra for his 60th birthday. For clarity, it was "Interior Detail Complete", which states that it "Includes Carpet Cleaning, Two Step Surface Cleaning, Seat Cleaning, and an Ultimate with Interior Cleaning Car Wash," at a price of $250. Well, the pictures below show what I got out of it. Obvious staining left on the back seat, likely the result of the steam cleaning tool used to (supposedly) pull dirt out, and substantial dirt left in the side door speakers as well as around the foot step. This is absolutely unacceptable for $250. If you ever have to have any detailing done to your vehicle, I beg you to take your money elsewhere, as all I am left with is an embarrassed son and unhappy father. Thanks.

If you were thinking of getting your car detailed at Hoffman Car Wash, this is your sign! I’ve had this 🚗 for 6 years. It took me through Covid, served as a rolling office/supply room while I covered 3 counties in 3 years for Hospice, was a place I ate food to get through the day…In short, it needed a good “spa day.” 😂 Hoffman’s in CP did an outstanding job detailing it. My old 🚗 looks NEW! 🤩 It was a full interior detail, and they also did an exterior wash and made my tires look spiffy. Now if I can just keep it this way. 🤓

I recently purchased the unlimited wash package, and with how much snow we have had, I have washed my car 4 times in the first 2 weeks. I really like the locations that have free vacuums. The vacuums are so strong and well designed, it takes only a few minutes to get your whole car clean.
