Terrible! Seriously I came early AM and the guy didn’t tell me how long was the wait, if he was busy, or couldn’t attend me. I waited 10+ minutes for a oil change. I complained to the girls in the front and asked for a supervisor. They don’t have a supervisor which is already a joke of a establishment! I CAME BACK 6PM! I am still waiting for someone to approach my vehicle 15+ min later and no one will tell me how long is the wait. There is only one car inside the garage! This place is a complete joke. If you have time to waste you’re more than welcome to come here and waste your time. I’ll be looking for a new place to get a oil change!

Paid for the Platinum wash and they didn’t even vacuum the inside or the trunk which was the main reason for me going to get it cleaned. The cashier was very nice even told me I could bring it back tomorrow but I don’t know if I even feel like giving them another shot. I was even going to sign up for the unlimited wash pass but the job they did quickly made me change my mind. Thanks but no thanks

I hadn’t had my car washed in a while and it had bird poop, pollen, etc on it. I just got an external wash because my truck needed to be cleaned. I know it’s automated by unfortunately the bird poop was still there and my windows weren’t really clean. It seemed like my truck had a really good rinse and it was cleaner than when it went in so yeah. On a good note, the staff was really nice but I probably won’t come back.

I went in this morning 2/12/25 because my car's oil light came on. I was there at 8 am and was the only customer at the time. I was told by a gentleman that I would have to wait about 30mins to 45mins for him to finish shoveling snow, then he asked me to open my hood which I did from inside my car, and I expected him to in turn open the hood from the outside, however he did not even touch the car, I got out my car and opened the hood myself only to get completely ignored! The gentleman just continued to shovel the snow. I felt so disregarded and embarrassed! I will NEVER go there again. I can tell there is a total disregard for women in general there and it's disgusting!!!

DO NOT EVEN COME NEAR THIS PLACE. THE MAIN PURPOSE WAS TO WASH MY CAR SPECIALLY THE INTERIOR. I PAID FOR THE HIGHEST SERVICE AND THE INTERIOR OF MY CAR WAS LEFT LIKE A TRASH CAN. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CLEAN INTERIOR CARS. MIGHT AS WELL JUST PAY TO WASH THE EXTERIOR.

Worst car wash ever. They do not clean or dry the car well. And if you only want a quick outside you still have to wait for them to vaccuum other cars in front of you. What a waste of time!!! They should vaccuum cars separately at the end so we don't have to seat and wait for that. In addition, they make you get out of your car and go to the office to pay (not to mention how rude they are).

Extremely rude staff at the oil change place. I went for a car wash, but just car wash was closed other things were open. I asked him a simple question what time does the car wash close? So that I can plan accordingly the next day to come in. But no, it was too much effort for him to give me a straight answer, started giving me attitude. Another employee interrupted and told me that the car wash closes at 6 pm.

I used it once and decided not to to go there again. Price was $24 that was in 2020 when they asked for outside or vacuum and I chooses to vacuum. I found they charge extra for cleaning the mats and I paid in advance. The attendant did it for courtesy. P.S. at this time I used to pay $15 where I live for vacuum and matts wash

Do not waste your time or money going here. They do a half job.. i have a brand new 2017 honda, first owner & went there because i didn't feel like driving to Honda for an oil change like a dummie & they never put the screws back on my shield that covers where they change the oil nor did they do everything that stated "complete" on the receipt. I was driving to work & the shield started to drag which scared the heck out of me. Long story i went back & all i got was an apology for them being lazy. But my shield is now broken. They jus screwed more screws on it

Good morning I been coming to this car wash for as long as I have memory my dad use to come here and know I been coming here since I started driving in 2006. I will say the prices are not for people that are trying to save a buck. I wanted to post this exterior detail job they did and motor cleaning they also did a interior shampoo but I didn’t take pictures completely forgot hope this helps others

They really used to do agood job and I used to be a regular here but I was disappointed when I went two weeks ago. They jacked up the price to $30 plus. Then to make matters worse they left the old prices outside so you think you paying less and in reality they way over charging now. Talk about false advertisement.. At least put new signs up. When the car comes out, they rush you out the car so that the ladies can hurry up and dry your car. Rushing, and work inside as if they hiding because of their statuses here. I said it inside while my fiance was paying and the girl at the register just looked like I was crazy. No wonder no one goes there anymore. I will not be going in there ever again. No wonder the men that dried the cars there left, fearing to get caught leaving those women there.

Managers should get fired. And the owner should be held responsible. If you know your workers don’t know how to clean then teach them. What is the point of managers and owners if they can even run a simple car wash. I payed for the platinum but still had dirty on my rims and barely vacuumed car.

I recently moved into town & wanted to try out this car wash but they are terrible. Only 2 people drying cars but the result is horrible, my car was still full of snow & rain stains all around, even the front of the car was really dirty, rims still full of dirt & grime & I was the only car in line. has to come home & clean it myself. I DO NOT recommend you go here. Go somewhere else.
