Love this car wash establishment and whatever you’re paying Christian is not enough Harv’s!!! He demonstrates excellent customer service. Every time I’ve spoken with him he acts like i’m a regular, has a real “can do” attitude. I’m a member and will be signing up my second car along with telling family and friends about this amazing place!! oh and the car washes are awesome too!

I had a monthly plan with Harv's and although I prefer to wash my vehicle myself, I needed to use a car wash because I had no space in my complex to wash it myself. Customer service was mostly good, but my sticker often didn't work, the vacuums didn't have the best suction and the dryer didn't dry my car good enough but these were minor conveniences to me. However, I've recently moved and it's both spacious enough for me to do my own washes and too far for it to be feasible for me to keep going to Harv's, so I sent an email requesting to cancel my membership and have yet to receive a response 2 weeks later. I've even called and left a message and have gotten no correspondence. I am highly irate at this point, no company should be this lackadaisical about responding to customers, just embarrassingly unprofessional.

When I came with my girlfriend, very dirty car, Antonio was there to help me out. I didn’t realize the sunroof was open and he had to show me how to close it. Also, he was very brave and getting a spider out of the vehicle that fell from the sunroof. He went above and beyond. If you go to Harv’s Car Wash be sure to ask to be serviced by Antonio.

This is absolutely the best car wash for a drive through. The cycle last like twice as long, plenty of suds, dries well without a bunch of marks, and does pretty well on the tire detail without leaving it dirtier than when it started. I’m on membership plus my other car and LOVE it.

This was a great facility since the staff was not replaced after replacement. I got charged double then I was supposed to when I came to the location for my concern about charging than usual there was a guy July 16 7:25 PM who had a weird kind of hair with the tail on his head he insulted me and told me to leave and he is not responsible and he could do anything about it it is what it is then i asked for manager but denied to get the manager and he denied to tell me when to meet him he was bully and i really got scared to come back to this location i am cutting off my membership from this bully and rude people and highly recommend to avoid this location as possible there is no answers for you questions and their is no explanation for your overcharged account so be careful guys do not share your bank details or ANY type of card so they can charge you extra and you won’t get back anything 🙏

Be aware of employees. I specifically asked for a $15 car wash only to have the employee sign me up for a monthly pass. No where in my sentence did I say “I would like a monthly pass.” I didn’t even realize it until it was too late. I tried to pay with cash and he said he needed a card instead but failed to explain that it was so he could charge me monthly. I had to call after and cancel Such a waste of time.

Customer service was 5 stars! The prices are good as well. My car sits very low so the only thing I didn't like was that it didn't clean the bottom too good. I was able to easily remove the extra dirt though with my microfiber towel. My car was also extra dirty so that probably played a part too. Overall I liked them and will be back.

I got the full on #1 wash, it got my car cleaner but not totally clean. Their website said it was $19. When I got there it was $20. Don't appreciate the bait and switch. The people who work there are cool. I don't think I'll be buying any wash plans though.

I went here today for a quick car wash and vacuum. After going through, Antonio, pointed out the from of my vehicle still had dead bugs all over it. He then offered for me to go through the wash a second time for free. Great customer service!

The thoroughness and quality of the wash was amazing! When they say spot free, they absolutely mean it, which is very unusual. Hi, this is Alabama plate. I went here for my first wash the other day. I was highly impressed with the great service! Two employees assisted me with a minor problem. They would not let me leave until it was resolved. They took care of me! These guys were friendly, kind and professional. This car wash offers many different services and the horsepower on the dryer is awesome! There is a discounted program, coupons and free vacuums etc. This is now my new, one and only car wash. I highly recommend it!

Paid a monthly price and can basically go anytime except don't get there at 7:57 am because that's still too early for your car wash. Shh...It happens. Best to get there when they're open and bring your dog for the ride!

A new car wash in the area, I decided to give them a try. I received 2 free wash coupons, and was extremely happy with both uses. They didn't cheap out and hand out their lowest cost in the coupon either. My car is cleaner than going through QuickQuack, and beats a gas station wash by a mile. The paint really shines now, and I attribute it to the superior methods employed here. I have always been someone who washes his own car, but the value here is fantastic.

Came here for the first time, I've never actually driven myself through a car wash so I was a little lost. The guys here were super friendly and so patient with me, like literally the best customer service. They assisted so well, all three of them, and went above and beyond. The car wash itself was super nice and fancy and fun and did a really good job. They gave me a bunch of free car wipes. It's also super cute hehe. This place is literally the best, I never thought I'd love a car wash but dang I love this place. I got the basic plan this time but imma get a fancier plan next time.

Ok car wash that fits the $6 price. I received a free Harv's #1 coupon in the mail and decided to give it a try. Lots of lights and colors. Dryer did not dry well as you can see by the photos. Soaps got into my trunk and door areas. Other car washes around dont get soap suds in my car. Vaccum was ok but other places around have better suction. I don't mind paying $3 more at other car washes in the area to get a little better wash and dry. I can't recommend it.
