I can honestly say this was my first visit to this store. Ever. I'm glad I decided to go, because they had metal detectors in stock, at a pretty reasonable price might I add, and I've always wanted one. The employees were welcoming and assistance was offered if I needed help finding anything. Will definitely be shopping here for all my tool needs.

Well stocked and friendly associates. They honor their lifetime warranty on Pittsburg promptly and without question. Great store for certain tools and needs. Just don't expect longevity out of most items. Hence the lifetime warranty.

Harbor Freight may be the Wal Mart of tool shopping but there is no denying that they offer good products. If you're a professional go to a specialist shop. If you need a general tool that is decent but not great hit up Harbor Freight. They have a pretty good selection.

This is the only way I can afford many of my tools these days. If you can live with the fact that the products are not made here, it is the way to go, but it's an individual thing for sure. The stores are loaded, the staff helpful, and warranties are available on the machines and other tools if needed. There are many special offers online, and sidewalk sales seasonally that are a good time to shop. I have noticed the quality on much of their stuff has gone up the last couple of years.

Last time shopping here, I understand certain items like sprayers or any type of vessel that would hold chemicals or paint cannot be returned to the store however this policy needs to be in writing visible to shoppers or verbally told to customers prior to purchase so customers can make a decision if they want to proceed with purchase or not. Air headed little teenage girl at checkout (only open checkout) was too busy flirting with floor associate to properly do her job and inform me of said policy until after credit card transaction was completed.

I love this place. The staff is nice and helpful, which seems hard to find in today's world. And everything I've ever bought has worked up to my expectations or beyond. Saw a Google pop up asking me to do this review (while taking a quick break). I'm outside enjoying my Atlas shrub pole trimmer clipping a 15' holy tree at this very moment.

Used to be an awesome place to buy tools where if it broke, they replaced it with no questions asked. The tools themselves came with at least a 1 year warranty and most were lifetime, but now they seem to have the ol "Taillight Warranty", unless you pay extra of course! I used to recommend them to everyone because I bought tools that lasted years for a decent price. Now I recommend them only if you need the tool once...or expect them to be stolen often and don't want to risk your good tools. Here is a compressor I got for Christmas with a 90 day warranty, and in April, this happened:

Just popped in the Gainesville, Ga location to pick up some items. Vanessa helped me and it was absolutely refreshing to see someone who was efficient and super friendly. I watched her multi task, not getting frustrated, helping multiple customers at the same time.. that girl needs a raise! Highly recommend this location!

Never in my life shopping here. They take advantage of you. I bought a generator for it not to work not even a damn day and when return I let them know they killed my damn fish bruhhhhhh. And still had the audacity to charge a restore fee??? Yall some boss trash company
