Had to make a return, used a card for the purchase so the money had to go back on the card. The cashier could not tell me how long it would take for the refund to hit my account he called up the manager to the front and she wasn't able to give me an answer either so I had to call customer service to get the information I was looking for at which time I was told it could take up to 7 business days to hit but if I hadn't received it after 10 days I would need to contact them to have the funds returned a different way. The money hit my account after about 48 hours

Great store. Huge variety of stuff. Mostly one-off brand name tools, but in most cases they hold up just as well as the big box store tools. I Like this location, convienent to everything else. Pay attention to the ads and flyers, you never know what you might need that they have for cheap.

Friendly staff, but admittedly it's the low, low priced, still decent quality tools that keeps me coming back to Harbor Freight Tools. I got a TON of necessary stuff for my new-to-me RV here without breaking my wallet (or marriage) and found a handful of other things I was needing for the home! And if you're loyal to your brand-name tools, cool, but let me just say that Harbor Freight Tools is the absolute best place/way I know of to get virtually any quality/size tarp for your needs... quickly. Enough said.

I recently visited Harbor Freight and had a disappointing experience at the checkout. The cashier was distracted and talking on the phone with someone during the entire time. I had two items, but he only scanned one. I tried to be honest and told him I had two items, but he didn’t pay attention or acknowledge the mistake. It felt very unprofessional to be served by someone who wasn’t focused or respectful to a paying customer. I hope the management reminds staff to give proper attention to customers while working. The gentleman was heavyset and lacked professionalism in his behavior.

Pretty much everything here is all I need for most DIY jobs around the house. Especially if you only need a tool for one job and don't know if you'll ever use it again. If you sign up for their email list they have pretty good coupons on a regular basis as well.

Magnets! I've become so magnet dependent, these trays are the best thing since sliced bread... keeping stuff from falling rolling disappearing... fantastic coupons too. Good deals abound here.

I would put zero if I could. Terrible customer service. Picked up items on sale for Black Friday and placed them in the basket. When I went to Check out the guy on register one picked up the basket and dumped all my items out onto the counter causing 3 items to fall onto the floor…. I placed the basket up on the counter so he could pick up the items from the basket and scan them not dump them upside down and damage them. Smh very poor service

Unfair and Inconsistent Practice. I went into the store. Picked up my 1 item. There were 2 cashiers open. I did not see the long line of waiting customers behind Cashier #1 because they were lined up in a isle. Cashier #2 informed me there is line in the isle lined up behind Cashier #1. "Ok, no problem!!" I got in line and waited my turn. I moved up in line until im next in line. I hear Cashier #2 ask for a 3rd Cashier to help with the numerous of customers waiting. I watched as new customers line up behind Cashier #2. And instead of telling them what he told me, he check out 2 seperate new customers. Then I watch Cashier #3 help the next customer lined up behind Cashier #2. Cashier #1 has been helping the same customer with a customer service problem (A Refund Item) which is required more time. I put my item down and left. They are not getting my business.

Pierre is amazing! As soon as I walk in I'm greeted immediately! "Heyyy buddy! working hard or hardly working!" Depends or whose watching! "I know thats right buddy" that man deserves a raise! Its the workers like that, that keep your customers loyal. If he's not sitting at that register. Idk if I even wanna shop that day. We all love pierre at the fredersburg harbor freight location.
