Employees were very friendly and the store was clean and organized, however I didn't find what I was looking for because they don't carry that item. But other than that the service and the amount of time I spent in the store was very reasonable. I hate spending 20-30 mins attempting to find something only to find out that the store doesn't carry the item. So it ends up being a waste of time. So the fact that I had an employee helping right from the start and I was in and out with little time wasted is definitely a big star in my book!!

Very helpful staff, GREAT prices. Perfect for that specialty tool you need for a DIY project but will probably never use again. There are higher quality tools available at other retailers, but if you can't tell the difference, you probably won't need the higher quality (I mean that with respect to all the newbies out there)

Very busy today, but got what we needed quickly and checked out quickly. Lots of people working so not a problem, plus they usually don't change stuff around much so it is easy to find. I do not care for the restroom remodel, 2 large single restrooms, unisex. I liked it better with a men's and women's restroom with stalls.

Good selection of tools and equipment here. Only worth shopping here with coupons tho. Girls at register can be a little deceiving. They offered my husband an extended warranty and told him it was only a couple dollars more. After getting home and looking at the receipt, we realized it was $50 more and when I called to ask them to explain their reasoning,they said it was only a couple dollars more than the original price if we had no coupons. Well that is why we had a coupon, to save money. The manager was very understanding and apologized for the confusion and refunded the warranty. I just wish they would have been more honest about prices.

A good place to shop for low-cost tools and supplies. This particular store, however, will most likely not have the very large catalog items (except tool chests). But - they will quickly order it for you. This business provides a good value to our community.

Lines got a bit long but manager just meandered around like he didnt need to man a register. Some of the staff is friendly but a few act as if you are a bother. Good deals if you pay attention to reviews. Certainly things to avoid as well as some great buys. Always pretty much the same things are on sale but once in a while you get a great coupon...

They always have tools on deal. They also are very helpful to explain what tools you might need or what tools fit best for the certain situation. I got a great drill/impact for $100 with a great sized battery and fast charger.

Bought a brake bleeder and vacuum pump kit, and it had no vaccum on it. Took it back for a new one, and it doesn't work either. What a waste of time and money.

This place is really stepping up in the quality department. Their "best" tools are ones you would find professionals using! On top of that I would say a class leading waranty program. You could literally run over a power tool and if it's in the waranty or extended waranty period they will give you a new one. No questions asked! Keep it up!

Brand name items overpriced, other items can be a good deal depending on the product, because the warranty on some things is only 30 days.
